Been trying to exchange a tracksuit for 2 weeks getting nowhere they don’t even acknowledge you . I ordered before with no problems but now it’s a problem very poor no communication

Awful experience, my partner ordered a body warmer that wasn’t upto standard of quality so kindly asked for an exchange for a replaclement. He posted the item back almost a month ago on tracked next day delivery to receive a new one but has basically been stroked of £130. No refund or exchange and extremely poor communication with this company. Appalling especially at Christmas time.

I was skeptical at first to buy but could not have been more wrong. Absolutely blown away by the quality of the packaging, trainers & the quick delivery. Amazing! Will 100% be ordering from here again. Thank you ❤️

Ordered 2 Moncler t shirts, 1 was perfect. 1 didn’t fit, sent it back, exchanged at new one landed yesterday so 48 hour turnaround. Quality good, delivery good, customer service good too. Zero complaints.

Ordered 4 items. 2 arrived fine. The third item was the wrong jacket that they sent knowing it was wrong as they didn’t have what I ordered in stock and now aren’t refunding me even with it returned. Forth item was never sent. Said they’d sort it out and 2 weeks later still not been sent. They don’t respond to emails or messages. A shameful company, poorly run with no morals. Don’t buy a thing from them

Order was delivered quickly but one jumper delivered with dirt marks and other too small (not true to size, more like Chinese sizing). Ghosted when trying to return/refund. No reply to WhatsApp or email. AVOID!!!
