We decided to go and have a “look” at prom dresses, and decided to go to The Dress Studio. Upon parking up, instantly i knew this was going to be the most amazing experience, not just for me as a proud mum, but for my daughter.
She isn't the confident of girls, but the second we stepped foot in the door, we were welcomed with such a warm and homely feeling. A member of staff approached us and explained the process, and then off we went shopping.
My daughter chose all kinds of different styles, and the staff were there to take them from us and guide us upstairs.
Upon entering upstairs, the whole room was just filled with girls in beautiful dresses, my daughter got her dresses and off she went to try some on. Never did i think we would be coming away with a dress.
Most places wont go that extra mile, but this store does. I couldn't recommended this place enough, both for making us feel welcome, and making an experience a memorable one for my daughter. Thank-you x

Amazing experience from start to finish. Every member of staff was so friendly and helpful, bringing dresses back and forth. Even off the mannequin. It was very busy when we went yet the staff were still extremely attentive to every customer, checking in and finding alternatives when things weren't quite right.

Would definitely recommend for anybody shopping for prom.

What an amazing place this is! We were greeted on arrival by Natalie who asked if we'd been before.. we hadn't. She explained how the studio was set up and said for us to take our time and have a look and see what we liked. My daughter picked 5 dresses, while trying on Natalie kept popping over giving us advice and suggesting other sizes/dresses. We felt no pressure what so ever, it was so relaxed, there was no time limit either and we didn't need an appointment, my daughter had such an amazing experience and came away with her prom dress, we would highly recommend The Dress Studio to anyone looking for a Prom dress.

Excellent customer service, the girls couldnt do enough for us and were very knowledgeable about the dresses and fit. Great variety of dresses all in colour order and lots of different sizes. Wonderful experience getting my daughters prom dress.

I would just like to say wow what a fantastic place im so glad someone told me about it. Gorgeous dresses so many to choose from and fantastic staff. Staff was very patient with my daughter as she was out of her comfort zone. Well done keep up the amazing work that you do.

The dress studio was so welcoming and gave my daughter an amazing experience finding her prom dress. They were the best place we went to to find the dress so highly recommend them!

The Dress Studio would highly recommend, my daughter found the perfect prom dress. The staff were lovely and extremely helpful and professional. My other two daughters will definitely be returning to the shop to find their prom dresses.

I had the most perfect experience at the dress studio, all of the staff are so warming and polite, gave me advice on what suited me and helped loads instead of pushing me to just buy a dress they wanted it to be perfect for me, you all made dress shopping the best experience possible, i really recommend to any prom girlie

A wonderful find! We had 2 appointments booked at shops which we cancelled after finding this great shop 1.5 hours away but well worth the trip. No pressure to buy, lots to choose from, a wide price range, excellent customer service, try on as many as you like, well organised & just can excellent experience all round.
Our daughter was going through an anorexia journey & I was worried about it setting her back & not finding a dress, I didn’t need to worry, there’s no time or dress limit to try on & they check all schools , even though we weren’t local there had been 1 dress bought from another girl , this is checked before trying on which is very useful.
I wish I had found this shop 3 years ago with out other daughter,

Fantastic shop with an amazing selection of of dresses to suit every size and shape . The staff were all so very helpful and made my daughter feel special . We would highly recommend and will definitely be returning when it’s our youngest daughter’s turn .

Such a wonderful store and the ladies who work there put you at ease straight away it made the whole experience of prom dress shopping stress free and a lovely memory to treasure. Will be back with my younger daughter when its her prom.

My experience at the Dress studio was amazing! The staff were Lovely, the amount of different dresses was great, the prices were reasonable for the kind of dresses and the layout of the studio was perfect. The dresses were layout in colour and size so was easy to pick from. Highly recommend!
