PART OF WOWCHER GROUP OF COMPANIES. PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. Overcharged me by 400%. Now fobbing me off. Reported to TRADING STANDARDS. If necessary i will take them to small claims court. 5 emails to CEO ROLAND BYRAN ignored to date.
WOWCHER and related companies happy to take money without providing any after service or support. ABSOLUTE CHANCERS. BEST AVOID.Check mutiple review sites. 30 minutes after contacting my bank bank refunded money and are now chasing vendor.

I paid a sofa on the 9th December the courier was to deliver on the 5th working day.i had a message from the courier that my item wasn't in their warehouse foe delivery. I have asked for a refund from dream's they promise to call back but has still not happened. As at today 21th I have no furniture or refund. I will not have any dealings with them, never

Bought the Yakoe 8 seater Rattan Corner Sofa Set grey, arrived damaged and had to fight to get on of the backs replaced.
2 yrs the rattan is snapping. Email them and ask them what the warranty is and they tell me its 3 yrs, so I send photos and they reply saying sorry u only got 1yr warranty when you bought it.
What a load of BS, sofa been covered from day one when not in use and have proof but they don’t care. BAD company, will never use again.

we received our furniture but had to contact the company as there were a few areas that were damaged, still 1 week later and feeling like i am being passed from pillar to post, still no delivery date, and that's is after numerous emails, and call back phone calls!! a lot of money for a lot of hassle, had i know i would have gone to B&Q!

Lounge rattan set from Wowcher- doesn’t last, brittle and unusable. Contacted customer service for help with replacement or repair, or even to buy a new table top, but they were no help!

I never thought this kind of company exited in UK. I ordered 2 pack of face masks. It was supposed to be 10 in each pack. One pack came with 5 face masks inside. The second one never turn up. I contacted this so call company and they claimed it came to my address on the 1st of August 2020. My family and myself were not in that day. They wanted me to knock at my neighbours and none of them received it. My letter box is big enough to drop a small package like face mask. I stop shopping with wowcher because of them. My partner told me to leave it, but I hope someone will make a complaint to the consumer agency one day.I believed it never left their warehouse. They can not even prove it. There was not tracking app to show it. All I received was your an email saying your item was delivered the next day after they apparently delivered. Liar liar liar.....

Would never buy off this company again. Bought some bedroom furniture and the wrong item received. They were not prepared to change it as they said I’d bought the said item, terrible customer service

Brought 9 seater corner dining set £1200. 0nly lasted 12 months like others have said. Plastic goes brittle. Seating and table under glass top snapping and is now unusable. Managed to get another summer out of it by buying a roll of weave from ebay and patching up using epoxy glue.

Ordered a Nine-seater corner garden furniture set from Wowcher. I didn't read the reviews until after i bought it which made me VERY ANXIOUS!.. seeing as there were so many bad reviews. Sofa came flatpacked on time (within a week) in 3 big boxes. Took about 4/5 hours to assemble the set. Once it was all together it looked beautiful. Good quality and a lot better than i was expecting for so cheap. Thanks dreams!

Very pleased with my 8 seater Yakoe set from wowcher & dreams outdoors. After rwaduing the reviews (after I paid for it 🤦🏻‍♀️) I was not expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised and very happy with the product.
I'm hlad i never cancelled my order, it looks great and is.easy to assemble 💪🏼.

ordered a 7 seater grey rattan furniture set via wowcher by this company. Furniture was damaged with rattan pieces and strands sticking out and many of the pieces had fallen loose.

Called the company and whilst on the line, automated service says I am number 2 on the line. Hold for about 15 mins which then says no one can take my call so leave my number and email address. Done this twice and no one called me back.

Sent a separate email received a response around 10 days later saying they will give me 15 pounds refund (for a £780 furniture set !) Was not happy with this at all so replied back saying I want my refund and for the company to collect furniture. It's now been another 5 days and I haven't received any response. I've also simultaneously contacted wowcher who replied once but have not replied again and they still havent provided my refund. It's now been nearly 2 weeks since I've been in touch with them and have only had one shabby response. I'll be getting in touch with my bank. Please make sure you dont order from this company !!

i ordered a yakoe 8 seater barcelona furniture set before i read the reviews so glad that i did .the reviews were so bad i would have never ordered it but it came back early then when they said in contact with me regular .gave me a day 2 pick for delivery which was best for me. two young men delivered it giving me a time the day befor what time they were coming also texted on the morning of delivery both men were very helpful and couldnt have nicer. the furinfure its self is of the higest quality and looks fab ,so please dont read all the negitive reviews as this is a honest truthfull review and i cant priase them enough.

BEWARE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I understand things are taking a little longer than normal due to Covid but the customer service and communication from this company is shocking. Ordered furniture through Wowcher on 28th May with a delivery date of 17th June or before. It is now 23rd June and still no delivery. Tried to call and you are kept holding for about 15 to 30 mins and then you are asked to leave your name tel number and e,ail address and they will get back to you. I have done this every day since 17th and still no one calls. I have also emailed and got a reply from their support team to say they would get back to me with in 48 hrs. that was on the 16th June I have sent a further 2 email and no response. Wowcher are no help they say we need to deal with the supplier directly. Looks like I am going to have to take this up with my bank.

Bought a Yakoe 8 seater rattan sofa set from Wowcher. Good communication from Dreams , courier service excellent, well packaged and easy to assemble, very good quality and looks fabulous on my decking . 👍👍

I would give 0 stars if I could. The worst online shopping experience I have ever had. Ordered via wowcher and all seemed fine, the estimated delivery day came (we had not had any communication to confirm this) and the delivery company only had one of the two boxes.. The box looked very bashed and as I had looked at reviews since ordering we refused the delivery until they could provide the whole thing as 1 box is no good. I phoned them and they said it would come a few days later. Lots of chasing after - long story short I phoned tuffnells as I couldn't get hold of dreams and they told me they had to send it back as it was damaged and they had nothing to be delivered to us in its place. Dreams (now going under the name furniture maxi) were uncontactable and did not have the courtesy to call me and let me know anything. I went through the complaint process on wowcher who also struggled to get any response out of them and after 2 months we finally have our money back. AVOID!

I was very worried after I purchased rattan garden furniture via wowcher before reading reviews. I will say the company do take a while to respond to you but all communication was clear and helpful once responded to. We received confirmation of the day of delivery. Furniture arrived with no problems. We have now set it up and I am so pleased with how it looks! Looks very good quality to me hopefully it lasts as I have seen people saying it’s not good quality but so far so good

Ordered Grey Rattan Furniture 11 months ago. Thought all was good until this year we found the top of the table melting.

Turns out the rattan is very poor quality plastic and melts through in the sun rendering the furniture useless.

Contacted these rogues to find out the warranty only covers the metal frame, so basically no warranty.

Buy at your peril, these are cheap for a reason and we found out the hard way. If somebody at dreams living reads this and wants to contact me back, you have my details.

Ordered rattan furniture from wowcher. Delivered before estimated delivery time. No pre warning item would be delivered that day though. Lucky stuck in house in lockdown.
Furniture appears good quality especially for price. Easy to put together.
No issues so far.

Ordered through Wowcher - bought a rattan furniture set. After reading reviews on TrustPilot we were worried we would not receive anything or that something would go wrong.

We did not receive any confirmation at all from dreams living/outdoors that our order had been processed and waited until the delivery date and nothing came that day so we started to worry.

Furniture arrived a few days later than expected (still without any confirmation) luckily I was working from home due to lockdown. Unfortunately, only 1 part of the order was delivered and the other half was nowhere to be seen.

Dreams Living/Outdoors are very hard to get in contact with I.e. when calling numbers, you are placed on hold for 15 minutes and then the call ends asking you to leave a voicemail but no one gets back to you.

They use Tufnells Delivery service which is quite good, contacted them to confirm they received our items and they were able to track everything quickly. The rest of the order came the next day to our surprise!

The furniture itself is good quality and looks good once built, however cushions are darker than advertised. But we actually quite like it! It was easy to build and is very good value for money!

If you email them, you receive an automated response; they do get back to you after 72 hours from our experience.

Overall we are happy with our order but the customer service could be a bit better.
