After searching for a mattress for over a year now, Tanya from the Newtownabbey store helped us right out. We had visited a number of different stores, including different dream stores, but nothing compared to the service Tanya gave us. Tanya helped us out right away and got straight to what we wanted. Couldn’t recommend her enough.

Excellent service from Johnston, he really knows his stuff. Friendly and personable and talked through all the options. I feel confident about my purchase and looking forward to receiving our new mattress.

Good experience Johnston was very helpful in Omagh store

I bought a bed and a matress.
There was no bed on stock and they charged extra to delivery the matress earlier,
They didnt delivery my matress on time and I had to sleep on the floor the whole weekend.
I had to go on the store and collect the matress myself

Our advisor was a gentleman called Joe , Joe was very knowledgeable about all the products on display and advised us on what product would be best suited for me as I have a bad back , I found all staff members within the store very helpful when asked any questions ( 5 star review ).

Emma has been very helpful and knowledgable on both of our visits to the ballymena store.

Emma was absolutely fantastic in helping us choose and order our bed and mattress. Very efficient and knowledgeable. The whole process was so straightforward and easy.

William was our sales associate. We told him what we wanted. He recommended several mattresses which we were able to try and safe to say he recommended well and we bought one. As William had just recently started, Melissa guided William through the finance system which she did with true professionalism teaching patiently, while ensuring me as the customer understood the process. Also a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Karen in the Omagh store was more than helpful when we chose our bed and mattress. She explained all our payment options well and helped us in making our decision. We would definitely recommend the store and Karen.

I won a competition on cool fm and Joe from the Newtownabbey store was absolutely amazing in getting me sorted with two beds for my children.

Our sales girl Tanya was amazing and so helpful with our needs especially with my fibromyalgia and aches and pains.

Customer don’t care should be their Helpdesk link. The store I purchased from won’t help and no reply from customer care - shocking service after my initial defected product was replaced! Still ongoing!

William was so helpful and asked all the right questions. When he wasn’t sure of answers to ours (as he was new) he involved other colleagues- there was no waffle. William seemed genuinely interested in ensuring we got the right bed for us. Great team work in-store!
