Misleading advertising, terrible support, and a very bad experience
I paid for a Dreamina membership because it was clearly presented that, after subscribing, I would be able to use Seedance 2.0 and other promoted features.
After paying, nothing like that happened. Seedance 2.0 is still only marked as “Coming Soon,” with no real access, no clear explanation, and no meaningful progress. From my point of view, this feels extremely misleading and like false advertising.
The technical support is absolutely terrible. They avoid answering direct questions, reply to completely different things, and do not provide clear information. I asked them to communicate by email so I could have a proper written record of the conversation, but they simply ignored that request and kept responding through their own portal.
This is one of the worst customer support experiences I have ever had. The whole thing feels unprofessional, amateurish, and extremely frustrating.
I paid around 1,000 CZK for something that was advertised as available, but in reality I only received empty promises and “Coming Soon” labels. I am seriously considering taking legal action, even though I am not sure if it is worth the money and time.
I strongly recommend staying away from this website. In my opinion, this is a misleading service with terrible communication and almost no respect for paying customers.
