Horrible!!!
Horrible!!!! Paid for overnight shipping on a personal order. It’s now been almost two weeks no package and no shipping.. customer service line just rings and ring and rings… still no update on my package other than an email yesterday said it’s being prepared to ship. On top of the websites shipping policy’s that it will be shipped the next business day. It’s been two weeks now… I needed these outfits for an event. Worst experience ever.

Customer service says they were closed for two weeks from Christmas until after new year but no where did it state that on site. Still did not overnight shipping on day they returned. Major disappointment and no offer to make it right or refund shipping
