I have only had my initial appointment which positive and very informative. My treatment plan came back very quickly within 3 days of my appointment.

I went to the free scan on 3/8. The service was excellent, Sara is very polite. Sara told me the plan will be discounted if I do the £100 deposit, it is refundable. However I finally decide not to do the aligners. So I request for the refund. However I still didn't get the refund even I chase it for 3 weeks!!! I was so angry and message them and call them, but they still got no response. I message the manager twice and I finally get the refund. What a worse experience.
