Dr.Arif Aydin is wonderful doctor and I’m so happy with my face/neck and blepharoplasty results

I travelled from the UK to have surgery with Dr. Arif Aydin, and I genuinely couldn’t be happier with my experience.

At 21, after significant weight loss, I found myself no longer feeling comfortable in my body due to loose, sagging breasts. I didn’t want to look dramatically different — I just wanted to feel like myself again but more confident.

I had breast implants, a nipple lift, and fat transfer on the 19th of January 2026. From our very first meeting, Dr. Arif Aydin was incredibly professional, kind and reassuring. He took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly and no question ever felt too small or silly.

What I appreciated most was how well he listened to what I wanted — a natural look that would simply restore fullness rather than appear overdone. He delivered exactly that. I’ve gone from feeling uncomfortable in my own body to a natural, proportionate result that fits me perfectly — now a comfortable 30D.

His aftercare was just as impressive. He checked on me every single day, making sure I was healing well and felt supported throughout the process.

I’m so grateful for the care, attention, and skill he provided. Thank you, Dr. Arif Aydin, for helping me feel like myself again — just more confident and comfortable.

Dr Arif did a fantastic job on my breast reduction surgery, he explained everything he was going to do prior to surgery and visited me every day post surgery.
The scarring from my surgery is very neat and the healing process had minimal pain and problem free, I cannot wait to return in May for a neck and face lift.

I had a MMO last year with Dr Arif Aydin, the man is great surgeon, really knows his stuff. He is understanding and gives you great advice, really puts your mind at ease I wouldn’t want any other plastic surgeon working on me,

The work he does as I had upper eye lid and tummy tuck and the work is amazing and very pleased with no issues and minimal scaring

Dr Arif Aydin is an amazing surgeon, I've had 2 surgeries with him now, thinking about my 3rd face lift. I trust him with my life, he always has your best interest at heart, very friendly and caring, kind man. In 2023 I had a MMO to remove loose skin after losing 12st. 360 and FDL tummy tuck, breast lift and implants. In 2025 I returned for a thigh lift.

He is an amazing surgeon. I had a mummy make over with him, breast augmentation and implant. Highly recommended. My scars are so fine they are bearly noticeable. Excellent English. Great after care. I will definitely be returning for further surgerys with him. 5 Stars from me. Such an amazing difference to my body. Delighted with the results.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with the fabulous Dr Arif for the past 5 years and within that time I’ve also been his patient. I’ve had breast surgery, tummy tuck, FDL, liposuction, arm lift, fat transfer and Blepheroplasty…and currently planning my next! I’m absolutely delighted with my results but more than that, I trust him implicitly, aftercare is fabulous and he’s always on hand for advice and guidance.

I cannot recommend him enough, he made me feel so comfortable and at ease and I was unsure what size I wanted or what the implants would look like on my body, it was my first surgery and he totally put me at ease he helped me decide in my consultation what would look best for my body. I recently underwent a surgical procedure with Dr. Arif, who demonstrated a keen understanding of my specific requirements. The nursing staff exhibited exceptional dedication and provided outstanding care throughout my recovery. Today marks our final day of post-operative care before transitioning to the hotel. I experienced some gastrointestinal discomfort due to antibiotics, which necessitated their discontinuation. I am hopeful that this will not lead to an infection upon my return home. I also had the opportunity to meet Dr. Mehmet, whose excellent English communication skills and compassionate approach were greatly appreciated. I highly recommend his collaboration with Dr. Arif, particularly for English-speaking patients, as it significantly enhances clarity and reassurance regarding patient needs. I am very grateful for the care received.

Honestly, I’m not exaggerating at all; everyone who finds out I had a nose job says the same thing: ‘How is that surgery? It looks so natural!’ 😊 No one can even tell unless I say it. When I look at people around me who had rhinoplasty, I feel like there’s a certain ‘template’—they all look the same and obviously done. But you didn’t put me into that mold. This has been the best experience having my surgeries with Ekol. I started with my gastric sleeve 2 yrs ago and have now been back a further 2 times and have had Dr Arif both times my first time with him he did my MMO he listened to my concerns (not that I had any as I had them all answered by the amazing reps and international nurse before I even got here) but he understood the final result I was looking for and I am over the moon I have come back to have an arm lift and once again amazing out come and couldn’t be any happier with Dr Arif. I never once felt nervous and was at ease the whole time with the team. They are all amazing and I can’t thank Dr Arif enough for what he has done and any further surgeries I will be coming right back :)

Great and professional surgeon, very happy with my results. I didn’t get to pick what size I got due to the package I bought however he made sure they fit my body well and didn’t pick a silly size. This doctor has changed my life in the way I view my physical appearance.

Absolutely incredible surgeon. I was so worried about travelling abroad for a breast augmentation, but my results have been absolutely incredible. My stitches are so incredibly neat and I could not be happier with the results. Dr Arif has genuinely changed my life! I fully trusted his judgement on size etc and everything is just absolutely perfect
