Drains24 - Expert Drainage Unblocking and Cleaning Bewertungen

I had a blocked kitchen sink with a somewhat unorthodox plumbing setup. The team at Drains24 scheduled me with relatively short notice and did a fantastic job of cleaning the blockage and explaining the issues.

They also provided me with additional information about the unorthodox plumbing setup in my building and how it can be rectified. Highly recommended.

Oliver and his team responded really quickly to a drainage emergency at my house! They were very friendly, calm and professional and sorted the issue quickly. I would highly recommend them and they will be the first company I call if I have any more problems with the drains.

I called out Drains 24 because I was having a reoccurring issue with my plumbing smelling foul and getting blocked. I had previously hired 3 drainage companies that had not permanently solved my issue.

Oliver and his team were such a brilliant help and quickly figured out the root of the problem. They gave a great price, and were very transparent with the costs through the entire process.

Professional and efficient, they’ll be the first I call for any future mishaps.

Oliver’s service was so satisfactory that I’m doing everything in my power to get these pipes blocked back up, so he might visit once again ;)

Despite reading great reviews here and elsewhere I can not recommend Drains24 at all.

I hope your experience is better than mine but I strongly advise you to find someone else.

Note that they also offer cash discounts for five star reviews, so take what you read about them with a pinch of salt.

If you do hire them, things to consider:

-- The difference between promises and reality (timing, price, completion, success)
-- Beware the constant (and likely unnecessary) upsell
-- Check the work is complete //as quoted// before paying

Drains24 came out at very short notice to my mums house to unblock a drain. Normally I like to be there with her but couldn’t make it. The team turned up on time, really polite and unblock the drain quickly. Spoke to my mum afterwards and she was really happy with the service and their professionalism. No hesitation in recommending this company.

After calling for a quote on 29th April Oliver managed to fit us in for laying a new drainage system from garage to existing sewer line on the 2nd May (about 14m). The lads had to dig through an old chippings driveway, but were let down slightly by delivery instead of morning delivery, it arrived in the afternoon, but the lads kept on working until job was completed at about 7pm. Very well cleared up and neighbours driveway also.

Very good service, explains everything that needs doing and turns up promptly when booked.

Very good service after speaking at 8am we had someone with us by 10am and had the drain jet and camera to our drain pipe to find the issue which we did.Kept everything clean and tidy as all jet lines had to go via the house.
Will use again 👍

Not only very quick response times but superb communication too. Very clean and tidy and very good quality work from experienced operators who know their job.

When I called I had a clear quote given based on my problem and Oliver came the next morning and sorted out our blocked drain. Very fast, and very efficient.

I am in the trade, we do bathrooms and kitchens. We often have the need for a drainage expert. And until now have been slightly disappointed by response times and costs.
Drains 24 has been excellent from word go. They come when they say. And costs are favourable.
I don’t normally do reviews. But this company seriously deserves 5 starts.
My go to from now on.

Prompt professional response to blocked drain. All explained very clearly and good communication at all times. Would not hesitate to use again and received a guarantee for replacement u-bend work. Came out on a bank holiday weekend too!

We contacted Oliver whilst we purchasing our new home.

Oliver came and checked the drains before we exchanged and completed to ensure that there were no issues. Oliver was professional, trustworthy and very knowledgeable.

Oliver explained his findings to us in a clear and understandable manner so that we could understand exactly what the situation was.

I would highly recommend Drains24 if you have any issues or would like your drains checked.

Thank you very much for all of your help.

Oliver was fantastic, fast, neat, tidy, polite and friendly.
Would highly recommend them!

Ollie was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We were under pressure to have our commercial drain fixed as it was severely impacting our business both from a health & safety & financial perspective. We felt pretty helpless as we were unable to get any emergency help from Thames Water. Ollie cleared the drain promptly and gave us expert advice. We are over the moon as this could have shut down the business had we not had Ollie’s help. Thank you! 🙏

Had amazing experience from Oliver would highly recommend. He completely explained what was going on with our drains. We are a busy Salon and it’s optimum not the drainage works.
Top service highly recommend them

Great job and expertise. Our drains had been blocking for a while and they diagnosed that the pitch fibre legacy drains need relining. Good and professional experience from Oliver who did the quote to Lon and Addison who did the instalation. Highly recommend.

Oliver was very professional sorted the problem would highly recommend.
