Can't really believe they delivered 6m pipes for a little over £100 with free delivery. And the pipes were reasonably priced too with more options (e.g. single end) than anyone else. The builder's merchant about a mile away wanted £25 for delivery.

Great selection of plumbing supplies, I couldn't find the inspection chamber I was after anywhere else. Delivery arrived on day it was promised, needed to return an item which was done without fuss. Great service and prompt responses to me emails, what more can it say 🤷‍♂️

Great product availability and prices, but my recent experience at your Alton depot was very disappointing. The depot manager seemed stressed and disorganised, unable to provide good customer service. He kept knocking his hand on the desk, muffling and being all over the place without achieving much. He kept asking the same questions repeatedly ("Who is it for?" and "Did you call?") in a rather abrupt manner. They also served the customer behind me leaving hanging without knowing what they're doing with my order. I felt quite unamused when the manager asked if I had a van or car, telling me the pipe wouldn't fit in a car. Well... it would have been nice to have the pipe coiled or get some help instead of just dumping the pipe outside the door. Guess what, it did fit. How about smiling and being friendly to your customers?

We decided to give you another go based on your response. Delivery was super smooth and fast, unlike the in-person experience, so I've updated my rating to 5* based on that.
