Very positive experience. We rang at 6.30am on a Sunday morning with a blocked toilet and and by 10am an engineer had been and our problem resolved.

Exceptional service from the branch close to York / Selby. People on the initial calls really helpful (possibly Neil and another lady) and engineers (possibly Lee & Will) that came out and were incredibly professional, direct and no nonsense. Sorted out quite a significant issue out with no fuss.
