Phoned on a Saturday as we had a blocked sewer pipe
The Engineer called within the hour and cleared the pipe with high pressure water .
Left the site clean and tidy.

On time, efficient and thorough

Technician listened to the symptoms of problem and looked at area carefully before concluding that I had a large fatberg in the drain that had accumulated over years. He flushed it out thoroughly and solved the problem in a short time. Very polite and courteous. Very grateful as other plumbers had only scratched the surface.

Ben arrived on time, did an excellent job efficiently and was a pleasure to have on the property. He noticed I had an Amazon parcel on the doorstep and kindly brought it in for me. Very thoughtful.
