Drain Doctor - Nottingham Bewertungen

Prompt service, really nice, polite engineer, very knowledgeable, found the problem with my drain straight away and fixed it while he was there and very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend

Emergency blockage. Friendly service over the phone to arrange the callout. The engineer was at my house in under an hour. A really efficient, friendly, professional service was provided. I'm a satisfied customer. 10/10.

Not only did Ross sort the original blockage quickly, but when he returned to patch line the drain he really went above and beyond by replacing a broken part of our loo (not caused by them but causing a leak). Their quote was the most competitive for the patch line and I was so impressed at their professionalism. I’m so grateful, thank you.

Very friendly guy who came around. He did solve the problem there and then and was very efficient. Was quick and easy to book in. Only thing I wasn't very happy with was that we didn't get a quote before he did the work. I appreciate the speed and the job for done on the day but it cost £200 so a little heads up before actually completing the job would have been better. Seemed expensive for 30 minutes work.

Amazing service, Engineer came quickly and resolved my issue for me. I’m grateful 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Great experience, good price and excellent job.

Ross the engineer was so professional and informative. He was very polite and friendly. He cleared the drain and explained the problem and recommended work we need to carry put to stop the problem reoccurring . He cleaned any area that he worked on
Absolutely excellent service. Bev who took our call was very helpful and we were given a set price that we were very happy with. Would recommend Ross from Drain Doctor to anyone.

on time, polite, tried every which way till it worked.

Incredible communication, was able to book someone in for the same day and they were perfect. Provided exactly what we needed and report provided within a week of the CCTV drain survey!

Can’t remember the name of the lad who came out, but he cleared the blockage and even took the time out to explain some of the concerns that I had regarding some other issues I have in my house

Very good service. Admin staff specially Hanna was very efficient, polite and responsive. The engineers were also nice and polite and did a very good job. Issues resolved in one visit.

Phoned the company on Sunday arranged for the service attendant to call on Monday pm which he did, Ross was a very efficient worker and soon sorted the problem out, would recommend this company. Thanks Cliff

No mess. Tidy job. Didn't take long. Very competitive price.
