Drain Doctor - Newcastle, Sunderland, Durham & Northumberland Bewertungen

Quick call-out, efficient support, technician was friendly & professional, would definitely use Drain Doctor again!! Excellent service

Very prompt to arrive after my first call. Very polite and patient team as it took two people to resolve my problem. Would highly recommend them.

Although the news was not great - blocked (possibly collapsed) drain pipe under brick patio that needs to be excavated and repaired, the technician, Joe, was brilliant - very professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Also, he was here within an hour of my call to the Drain Doctor to report the problem. Very quick and reliable service - highly recommend!

Joe was truly amazing. Did my Fridge fiter and Bathroom leaks
Verfy friendly and professional . Took care of the after mess and even advise on how best to maintain repairs

Fantastic job and sorted very quickly. We had a blocked internal drain under the kitchen floor filled with black slurry. Less than an hour and it was sorted. Would highly recommend.

Rang the company, they were extremely professional. Plummer was out within the hour and worked tirelessly to fix the problem. He was really nice and friendly, showed us exactly what the problem was. Would highly recommend and would defnitely use again.

The technician arrived on time, explained what he was going to do and what it would cost before he started work. During the work he explained what the problems were and how they could have been caused. He completed the work and showed me on the CCTV inspection that the drains and MH were clear.

Prompt service, friendly , supportive, no pressure to have work done, used for drainage block and leaky tap.

Price seems ok

Very professional, no nonsense, service.

Excellent service. Turned up when they said
Got on with the job. Friendly professional service and they kept me informed as they progressed. Couldn't fault them at all.

Professional and friendly same day service to unblock our shower.
Will definitely use again for any other problems that arise with our drains.

From filling out the online form I received a call from Natalie to book a same day appointment and Joe arrived shortly after, he throughly talked me through the problem and acted quickly to resolve it.
Both Natalie and joe were very friendly and extremely helpful.
I would highly recommend using drain doctor

Everything from start to finish with the service from the 2 people on the phone to the engineer who arrived within 45 minutes .checked everything thoroughly with explanations and solving the problem 100% golden service to all involved thanks

Problem solved very quickly and drained unblocked, but extremely over priced at £310 for a 20 minute job?

Very fast response, drain Dr identified the problem quickly, quoted price & sorted the issue. Fantastic service for late Saturday afternoon & very reasonable price.

We were fortunate to have Team Leon here today. Extremely professional, courteous, and kind. The job was completed efficiently and in good time. We thank you.

Had to call out the Drain Doctor on a Saturday afternoon for a blocked toilet. Call answered quickly and professionally. A little disappointed that I wasn't given any time for an engineer to call but the engineer attended first thing on the Monday morning. He assessed the issue, called to give me a diagnosis of the problem and a price too fix it. He rang me back to give me some more information and an authorisation to carry out the work. It was completed quickly by a very pleasant and helpful engineer. Overall, I would highly recommend the Drain Doctor

Great responsive service. Really professional and dealt with the issue without an hour of calling them
