What an amazing experience Andrew came out and fixed the job within minute, knew exactly what he was doing from the get go would highly recommend to anyone and everyone amazing.

Andrew was extremely professional and lovely to deal with. He explained what was required and the cost from the outset and then just diligently (on a Saturday!)fixed the issue. No mess. Very trustworthy and transparent. He was the 3rd plumber from various companies I utilised and was the only 1 who removed the toilet to fix it properly. Phoned Drain Doctor as we had issues with our drains. Able to book an appointment immediately and they were able to fix the issue. Quick, professional and reliable. Everything was explained really well and we were kept informed through every stage of the process. Highly satisfied and would recommend.

Was a very quick job, Andrew was nice. Took only a few minutes to complete the job so a flat rate of £204 seemed a lot for a that amount of time.
