Couldn’t fault anything - Scott saved the same

Amazing service from Scott today, very knowledgeable and professional. Only submitted a request yesterday and problem resolved the very next day. We had quite a complex issue and he was able to identify and resolve all within a hour. Will definitely use Drain Doctor again if needed, great service.

Prompt response, professional and clean work.

After the call to the office Ian arrived fast. He is an expert and wants to get the job done. Friendly, approachable and most of all professional. Thank you!

Scott from Drain Doctor came out to check my drains. Put the camera down the drain, found the problem and fixed it in no time at all. He then returned a few days later once the soil had settled, put slabs back in place, in fact he made the place look better than it had been originally. Scott and his young apprentice were so professional and really lovely people. I would have no problem with recommending Drain Doctor for sorting out all drain problems. They came out on time, did the job professionally and the price was reasonable.

Scott was prompt, professional and very diligent. Highly recommend Drain Doctor
