It was a tricky job but Matt and his colleague persevered until the problem was identified and repaired - it took about 5 hours - and it was left clean and tidy. Couldn’t fault them today.

Great service. Joe was really helpful and unblocked our very boggy drain. Also made sure to clean it up afterwards to avoid the same issue happening again. Would recommend.

Kirk came and he was the most kindest, helpful, friendly person in the world! He honestly deserves a pay rise or bonus, he was kind, caring and genuinely gave the best customer service

Quick response, no fuss, professional service. Problem solved with blocked kitchen drain in minutes. Not cheap - but I didn't expect it to be!

Excellent service. Arrived earlier than expected, work was carried out quickly and efficiently and answered all my questions along with some future proofing recommendations.

Avoid at all costs my step daughter and her partner had a very bad blockage of which needed sorting asap as it was over flowing the main drain outside the back garden
They came out quite quickly and unblocked the toilet and said they had to come back with the high pressure tools
They charged £306 for the first visit and then quoted a further £522 to come back to pressure the drain
WOW what an absolute rip off
Since quote was absolutely ridiculous they have found someone else who is willing to do the same job for £150
So how can they come up with a ridiculous price like this
So my advice would be to stay away from this company as totally useless and charge astronomical prices

Quick response to call, quick response to site and resolve the issue and understand the cause of the blockage

Called out Friday with a blocked toilet. Came out very quickly but the issue wasn’t resolved as they had said they needed to re quote and it would be a 2 person job to flush with jets/ clean to remove the ball stuck. We have since got the problem solved with a 1 person job for a fraction of the call out price and the problem is fixed. We had contacted the company to try and query this but no help before getting the silly over priced cost of the next quote price. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Fast, affordable, proffessional. Phoned up in the morning and they booked me in for the early afternoon for a blockage. Thet arrived on time, was thourough and proffessional and reasonably priced. Would 100 percent use them again. Very trusyworthy and reliable.

Within an hour of my phone call, Andy Price was on site and managed to remove the large cloth that was in our 1 1/2 inch pipe. Nothing was too much trouble for him, thank you Andy.

Would never go anywhere else. Drain Doctor have serviced my drains for many years now. Reliable, cheerful and courteous. Good prices always. Great team.

Cleared my blocked system temporarily after Joe left my house the problem recurred
To be fair Joe did explain at the beginning that if he couldn’t sort it with the plunger then it could be a case of taking the toilet out

After 1 shower and a single flush of the toilet the issue has not gone away.
So it’s an ongoing problem
Hopefully Drain doctor will sort it out on the the next visit being Tomorrow

So impressed with the service I received from The Drain doctors Matt and his Colleague (sorry I can’t remember what his name is).
Great communication again.
Arrived in tropical conditions I did feel for them both so hot.
What a brilliant job they did very thorough job.
It took a while but they got it sorted in the end and my wife and I are extremely grateful to all involved at the Drain doctors.
The information that they gave me has proved to be very useful and helpful.having seen the amount of limescale that has built up over the years on the stack pipe/Soil pipe. On the camera was absolutely incredible.
So as they did such a brilliant job We will probably ask the Drain doctors to come back in the near future.
Maybe on not such a hot day.
Well done to everyone at The drain Doctors Bristol and Gloucestershire.

Very prompt service by Drain Doctor, with a technician arriving with an hour. Really friendly chap who was clearly experienced and knowledgeable. The problem with our kitchen waste pipe was fully resolved in less than an hour. I was very happy with the service received and would have no hesitation in recommending Drain Doctor to anyone with a blocked drain.

Top class service! After not being able to use our garden because of mysterious smells from the drains. They were round within an hour, worked out the problem straight away, and booked in for the works within the week. Clean and tidy on site with friendly helpful staff. Hopefuply no more smells !! A good company to deal with. Clearly expert in what they do. The engineer who came to fix my drains quickly identified the problems. He returned layer to fix them. He was extremely helpful , explained what was needed - a pleasure to deal with - highly recommended.

The Drain Doctor team were really quick to respond to my first enquiry, and quickly arranged for an assessment. I am very pleased with the final job, which wasn’t a very straightforward one. The guys (Matt and Pete) were courteous, timely and worked really hard. I hope I don’t ever have any more drain problems, but if I did, I’d happily use Drain Doctor again.
