Drain Doctor - Bradford, Halifax & Skipton Bewertungen

I called Drain Doctor this morning regarding a blocked kitchen sink. The booking process was slick with possible outcomes and prices nicely explained.

The engineer (Tobias) arrived quickly, diagnosed the problem and showed the camera shots of the blockage. He then diligently set about resolving the issue (30 years worth of detritus) requiring repeat attempts to flush the pipe. Throughout he was more than happy to explain the process as well engaging in pleasant conversation.

I can't fault Drain Doctor and would easily recommend them and Tobias for their efforts.

The initial phone call with Rachel met a swift response and we were very pleased with the expertise and friendliness of Tobias as he explained what the job entailed, showed us pictures on his phone of the actual blockage and repairs needed and then how he worked hard for over 3 hours to fix things. We can wholeheartedly recommend Drain Doctors.

I cannot thank Drain Doctor Bradford enough for their incredible response this morning.

We were dealing with a highly stressful, severe drainage backup, and the service we received was absolute gold standard.

The engineer who came out, Tobias, arrived exactly on time and was an incredibly friendly, helpful chap.

He took a look at the situation and instantly established exactly what the fault was. He then went completely above and beyond by making inquiries with our neighbours to check if they were facing the same issues.

Once he confirmed it was a shared problem, Tobias came back to advise me that this was a public sewer issue and directed me to the exact right solution to get it sorted.

In today’s day and age, it would have been so easy for someone to take advantage of the situation, make up some work, and take a lot of money off me. Instead, he was completely honest and did everything in a thoroughly timely manner.

Because of Drain Doctor's fantastic policies, there was absolutely no call-out fee, and I wasn't charged a single penny for his expert diagnosis.

Tobias's honesty and helpfulness are an absolute credit to the Drain Doctor company for offering this kind of trustworthy service. We will definitely be using them again in the future if need be!

Fantastic service from Drain Doctor! I called first thing in the morning and was impressed that they managed to send someone out that very same afternoon.

Tobias attended and was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and, most importantly, genuinely honest. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my ensuite bathroom drain, which appeared to be related to an airflow issue originating from the shower drain. With what seemed like a magic touch, he managed to resolve the issue in no time!

Beyond his expertise, Tobias was a really pleasant and down-to-earth guy. We even had a great chat about MMA while he was there, which made the whole experience even better.

It's refreshing to come across someone who not only knows their trade but also takes the time to explain things clearly and make the customer feel at ease.

Excellent service all round, and I'd happily recommend Drain Doctor, especially Tobias, to anyone needing help with their drains. Five stars!

Tobias was absolutely brilliant and super polite. He explained everything thoroughly and kept me updated. Fantastic service and he resolved the odour issue - thank you so much Tobias.

Had a whole new water treatment plant in our field. Smooth as silk from start to finish. Fantastic company. Great set of employee's. Would never look anywhere else. Completed in only 4 days. Great price too.
6 Stars wouldn't be enough for what they did for us. Massive thumbs up from me.

Used Drain Doctor Bradford today for the first time. The service was fantastic! Turned up on time, work was billed as quoted with no surprise/hidden costs.

The engineers report was very detailed too.

Great Service!

Excellent service. From the lady on the phone to Simon, who came out the same day and solved the issue quickly. Friendly and professional service for a reasonable price.

Explained what had been done, showed me the work on the drains using the camera.
Friendly and tidied up all their stuff before they left.

Tobias was absolutely fabulous from start to finish. He checked all drains and put the camera down. There was no issues as what he could see. Very helpful and respectful

Brilliant service received last week. Prompt arrival and a very honest guy!
My only quibble is the online booking system lets you think you have booked in when actually it isn’t confirmed until they call you. That said everyone I dealt with was lovely.

They did a great job in excavating blocked drains. They then filled the hole back up but after a couple of weeks it started sinking. They did come back to fill it back up as soon as I reported it. Great service 5 Star

Absolutely superb. They came out same day to unblock my drain. Great communication and photos of the problem/work completed.. highly recommend.
