Drain Doctor - Bedford Bewertungen

Excellent service. Attended 30 mins after phone call and dealt with the blockage there and then. Reasonably priced too as I was expecting to have to pay more.
Thank you

This company took advantage of my ill health they took the money up front nearly £300! & Left B4 completing the job fully do not use them I saved up my money to have this work carried out and gone just like that and so was they.

Prompt, reliable and professional service from Drain Doctor. From my telephone call to Drain Doctor, service initiated within one hour. Very pleased with service. I would recommend their professional service.

My experience of Drain Doctor has been a positive one.
I called up on the Tuesday, as my kitchen sink waste was not flowing away properly, lady on the phone was apologetic as they could not come out until the following afternoon - that was ok with me.
Tom arrived and was certain he knew the cause of the problem before even really looking for the issue.
So 10/10 for Tom as he was correct, he dealt with the blockage (outside) and all seems great once again 😀.
I must say Tom was respectful of my property and advised me to keep the dogs indoors as he would have the side gate open for access.
I will have no hesitation using the Drain Doctor should the need arise - thank you.

Turned up on time, completed the job efficiently and tidied up afterwards.
Just what you want.

Telephoned and offered appt same day. Arranged for weekend. Prompt service. Workman respectful of property & people. Turned up on time as arranged, job completed in an efficient & timely manner. Definitely recommend.

Craig was excellent! Sorted our issue out with no fuss. Got on with the job, resolved it and that's all we can ask. Thank you

First class job, we were kept well informed by the engineers at all stages and the job was carried out to our satisfaction.

I called them on the Saturday after Boxing Day due to a block drain, I was advised I would have someone by 10:30am that morning, they were prompt, quick and efficient clearing the drains quickly and cleanly, I was explained to what was completed shown the camera screen for the clear drain, very professional from start to finish, Craig was polite and explained everything while he was here, I will definitely use again if required or recommend to friends and family

The plumber turned up on time and did a thorough job very much happy with the job and cost

Wonderful customer service and care of our property from Craig our technician

Didn't check the issue, wanted to charge for follow-up inspection

What a prompt courteous service from Craig and unbelievable in that not only did tell me straight out that I would be advised to flush the system and could call him back if the issue did not resolve itself but the call out was free
Nice to meet genuine contractor's

Hi the service was very professional and a fast dealing with the problem thank you

Sorted next day. The guys that came were efficient and had the drain unblocked and problems sorted . Can't fault the service

I had a tricky problem with a sink not draining. The easy stuff didn’t fix it but these guys kept going until the problem was properly solved. I am very happy with the service I got.

Always have a brilliant job done and very fast response. Always use them.

Quick and efficient fix to my blocked outside drain. Great service thanks so much!

The response to my first email was quick and Michelle was very efficient and reassuring on the phone. Craig arrived two hours before I expected him, having rung first. He explained what he would do, was very polite and worked for 45 minutes, including testing the wastepipe and the washing machine and went on his way. The whole experience was excellent and responsive. While I understand why the cost needed to be high, it still felt a lot for 45 minutes work.
