Bought a PTH420 for monitoring conditions in the lab. Nicely engineered; the DracalView software in particular has clearly been written by someone that has had extensive experience in trying to log data - lots of nice features.

Dracal's product line is very compelling because of (1) their extremely thorough software / API support and (2) their wide operating condition range that allows you to use the temperature humidity sensors for almost any reliability test out there. Our company is very happy with how easy it is to integrate the sensors in our codebase and how they simply "just work". We have switched all our temperature and humidity logging over to use Dracal sensors.

Dracal's customer service is fantastic. I called and got the founder and had my questions answered during a brief technical conversation.

The products are great and the CLI tools work well. I was able to integrate a PTH sensor and multiple balck-body temperature sensors into some calibration equipment we designed. Working with the provided tools was a breeze, and I haven't had an issue using them in nearly a year. I additionally reached out to support a couple of times and my questions/concerns were quickly addressed. This company clearly cares a lot about their customers and their products. Would highly recommend.
