I brought in a ring to be enlarged and didn’t hear anything for some weeks. I went in to the shop and it was ready.
I would have appreciated a call to let me know my ring was ready to be collected.

It is standard procedure when a customer job is complete to make a courtesy call to advise unless, of course, the customer asks not to be called. Where a customers opts not to be called the job will be ready on the due date. Repair was great
Repair was great, time to do and get it back was extended (too long).
When I went back for a fourth time to enquire about my repairs, I was told it had been ready for two weeks and they had the wrong number...I checked the number on their docket which was correct and readable, but the young girl read it incorrectly. She gave up and they just waited til I got anxious again and went in to ask about it!
I went to the store a total of 4 times to enquire about my repairs, and each time it took a number of minutes to locate the job and tell me the progress. Needless to say that I was unhappy about the service.

In saying that we are obviously disappointed with the level of communication that played out. Firstly we are very sorry, this is not standard procedure at Dracakis. All our customers receive a courtesy call when they job is ready for collection unless they otherwise state. Furthermore, If we miss read or a customers perhaps makes a mistake writing the contact number we would email if available, which in your case we did have. There is no excuse and again we apologise that it took you 4 attempts to get your repair back. We do hope we see you again so we can show you that the level of service we provide is much higher than this. Thank you for being honest.

Quality jewellery and expert advice!
I've always had excellent service from Dracakis Jewellers. They've carried out a few ring repairs, and recently made a beautiful ring using the diamond and platinum from my grandmother's engagement ring. It's a stunning piece of jewellery and combines the sentiment of a family heirloom with the elegance of a modern setting.
I took advantage of their sale recently to buy some blue topaz and diamond earrings, which have received lots of compliments.
