Dr Melaxin 

This company is AWFUL. I had a return of unopened packages. I got a response on HOW to return the items, I did that, sent them delivery to their facility confirmation, now it’s MONTHS later and no one will respond to my emails about not receiving my refund.

I bought the eye cream which is supposed to reduce puffy skin (eye bags). After several applications I can confirm that it has NO effect whatsoever, the adverts they are using on Instagram are incredibly misleading too.

Purchased SEVERAL Dr. MELAXIN products on TicTok..shipping has always been a breeze..videos showing product being used..really liking most of my purchases..had 1 item that was ok..requested return..they created a return label right on the spot..very satisfied 69 year old.

Absolute scam the reviews look like there from actual customers so we buy based on the fact they used them & got results I bought lip plum left on 5 minutes no change bought the stick just leaves your face greasy no effect on moisture or fine lines still using the neck serum but no holding on any hope of results

Ive used it for a 6 weeks and there is absolutely no change to my skin

Do not buy! Product is awful and definitely is paying people to advertise fake claims!!!!

It took a very long time to finally get my order and then once I received it, I was missing half of it. I read the reviews AFTER I ordered it, that’s my fault. Apparently, this seems to be an issue with almost every one. Very disappointing.

This product Cemenrete, is bogus. It DOES NOT WORK.
I got sucked in once again for buying online.

This is the biggest waste of money. Do not buy.

This company,seems to have no customer service.Out off a 12 piece bundle I recieved 2 with no explanation

Still not received product after several weeks. Contacted company who said not their problem chase it up with couriers?

The delivery took a while, maybe 3 weeks I think but actually I like the products so far, only used for a couple of days but I would buy again, just waiting for delivery is frustrating.

These products are unbelievable! I am kind of a beauty product aholic. I have an ipsy account and have had for years now. So my collection of skincare products is vast. How are doctor malaxton's line of skincare? Is the best that i've ever used hands down!!!

Horrible company. Doesn't even the product you paid for. Bad customer service or simply non existent customer service.

Mocht ik kunnen ik gaf een 0!! Koop hier niks want het is weggegooid geld! De producten komen zogezegd van bij hen maar komen in werkelijkheid van Ali Express!! Je hebt normaal de tijd om te annuleren. Ik wou de bestelling diezelfde dag nog annuleren maar kreeg als antwoord dat het niet meer mogelijk was. Dit zaakje stinkt en zou van trustpilot moeten verwijderd worden!!!

If I could give this company minus starts, I would.
They have taken payment but not delivered items although stating its been delivered. They have ignored emails and not offered to replace or refund. Disgusting customer service and thieves.
