Does not click shut, would absolutely open in transit. Here's the return policy for this garbage you have to look forward to. Send a video, pay for shipping, if opened, which duh, non-refundable. Another scam operation. Mind you this is BROKEN and arrived that way.

Orders that received free shipping will have the cost of original shipping ($5.50) deducted from the refund. If an order is to be partially refunded and the returned items drop the total order value to under the free shipping threshold, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

Items must be in the same condition as received. For example, no visible scratches, the protective film on mirrors must still be intact, and in the original box. If the film is removed from the 7-Day Pill Compact, the item will be considered damaged and cannot be refunded. Free items must be returned to meet the minimum order threshold, or the free item price will be deducted from the refund.

Once received, the item will be processed. If there are any issues, we'll let you know; otherwise, a refund will be issued.

Please note that we do not provide shipping labels. As per our return policy, return shipping will be shouldered and arranged by the customer, and you’re welcome to use whichever courier is most convenient for you.

Had to get a refund through PayPal, no communication at all from the company themselves despite being ten days past their own estimated shipping date. All the while they have plenty of time to post on social media about their products, just none to address the concerns of actual customers. Avoid.

I understood when I ordered that it was going to take time but when they finally said delivered and the package was not here and them telling me to check my neighbors was really upsetting. So when they offered to ship again in 7-15 days I thought I would try. Don’t bother the same results. The tracking showed delivered on the 14th day but not at my place. Now it’s a waiting game for my money back. Doubt I will ever see it so lesson learned for me, but I will keep after them. So don’t get caught into really liking something for a good deal because you wont be happy.

Two weeks past the advised shipping time, my order hasn’t moved and I only know that because a tracking number I was given days ago shows zero activity.

I’m not sure what’s more frustrating: the delay itself, or the fact that I’ve had to chase down that information myself. The updates provided have been vague, the responses feel copy-pasted (and frankly, AI-generated), and there’s been no clear acknowledgement of what’s actually gone wrong or when it will be resolved.

Preorders carry an implicit promise that a company has its logistics under control. Right now, nothing about this experience suggests that’s the case.

Avoid this company – no delivery, no refund, no accountability

It has been over a month since I placed my order, and I have received nothing. No product, no proper update—just a stream of meaningless, copy-and-paste apology emails.

Let’s be clear: apologising repeatedly while doing absolutely nothing to resolve the issue is not “customer service.” It’s stalling.

I requested a full refund, and since then, communication has conveniently stopped. That tells you everything you need to know about how this company operates when they actually owe you money.

At this point, it feels less like incompetence and more like deliberate avoidance.

I would strongly recommend staying well away. If zero stars were possible, that’s exactly what this would get.
