Has The Potential To Be Fantastic
Slightly chaotic and disorganised but once you get the hang of it then things go smoothly.
Saving lots of money on the sale and extra benefit of not having to put your trust in dodgy Estate Agents who do not always work in your best interest.
We had appalling experiences with a certain agency in London Bridge who reserved our property for one prospective buyer and stopped marketing it once an offer was received. None of that on Doorsteps. The seller is in charge at all times.
