Direct Debit amounts are set by British Gas based on your estimated annual energy usage and account balance. If you have any concerns about the amount being collected, we recommend contacting British Gas directly, as they will be able to review your account and discuss your payment options.

Don't Waste Money helps customers arrange their energy switch, but once the switch has completed, your energy account is managed directly by British Gas. As your supplier, British Gas is responsible for issuing replacement or new prepayment keys and resolving account-related queries.
We recommend contacting British Gas directly, and they will be able to arrange for your electricity key to be sent to you as soon as possible.

The 2 guys who talked to us were very friendly and quite persuasive but not in a pushy way . Both professional in their attitude explaining exactly what was on offer,how much we can save and what a good value for moneythe offer was... As we were not very user friendly re phones etc they were both so helpful & patient in getting our information on line . Very impressed with both boys ...

Rubbish got told untruths and have had to cancel the change I told your college I was in a fixed contract and couldn't change till December he told me t hat didn't spp,y as my company was being taken over so that didnt apply that wasn't true and I would have to pay to change so it's caused me a lot of worry and stress but I've eventually got my company to cancel the change mabee the name should say Don't waste my time

Friendly guy - think his name was Kelvin? But I said I was in a rush as my son was in the car with my mum and he made sure to go through everything as quick as he could. He was super friendly and helped me to save on my gas and electric bills.
