I was told i would save £97.00 a month by switching to british gas by the chap that called at my door then when british gas rang me to switch they were just the same price as who i am with. Was a waste of time after messing around for over an hour.

These agents are scammers ...!!!
These agents are scammers who claim to be British Gas. They act like they are putting you on a better fixed tariff. When in actual fact they are switching you over to their own supplier.!!!!! Don’t be fooled by them…!!!

Absolute scammers
Absolute scammers! Asked in the street if I wanted to be entered into a draw for the area for the opportunity to save money on my energy bills. I never agreed to change supplier or anything. Before I know it, they have signed me up to British Gas without my consent and without me replying to any of their emails to confirm I wanted to switch. Nightmare to cancel the switch as my name isn’t on the existing supply. AVOID!
