Change to fixed-rate payments.
The young lady at the Morrison's exit was helpful, polite and informative. The change of Direct Debit payments was verified by British Gas the following day. Everything seems on track so we will see if it all pans out.

I spoke with a member of your team last wednesday whilst out shopping. I was asked who my current supplier was, and told him that my supplier were not as helpful as he was, and did not give me certain updates. I was happt to change over to british gas. He was very informative with what my energy usage will be.

Talking to the chap in the street after I'd just received an email that very morning saying electric was going up. He advised me that it would stop the ssme for 2 years. Hope it does but also hope it doesn't shoot up after that !!!
