Dom Com team came to fix our central heating and the experience has been great and problem resolved. Really quick turnround, on time arrival, good communication, fair pricing and efficient fix.
Courteous and polite team, clean after the work done and ensuring all is in working order and to client satisfaction.
What makes me give the 5 star is as well for the after service. Not only Dom Com has showed us how to fix simple issues, they have also provided us with after service video calling support to ensure all was right. Absolutely great service!

They help me to install my water softener. Very professional and efficient service. They also checked if there’s any leakage carefully and explain what I need to check as routine maintainence. 5 stars service !!!

The guys at DomCom Heating have done an excellent job with my boiler replacement work. From survey, quote and installation they were extremely efficient. They understood our needs and budget and suggested a suitable option. On the installation day, they were on time and did everything carefully and as expected and explained. No surprises. I am very happy with my Viessmann boiler installation. The surveyor came round a day after I made enquires, they came in with a competitive quote and I was delighted when the surveyor was also the installer, so there were no issues with information not being passed on. They were polite and courteous. I had a few teething problems (user error) and they got back to me immediately. I can recommend and will be using them again when my boiler is due for service.

Installation of a new Vaillant boiler; price was very good, better than most installers for same boiler. Work was quick as they were two people working (2 hours), clean and so far it is perfect.

Prem and team were both prompt and were able to provide a competitive price with our enquiry. They managed to supply and install a new Vaillant boiler a few days before Christmas (with a 10 year warranty). We didn't realise we needed a separate boiler stat and they had two types available and were able to successfully complete the works on the same day. Thank you team, much appreciated.

Amazing and quick service! I was in a bit of soup with my current boiler in a bad condition after no service to it over the years. Home Insurance guys came and switched off the boiler and said it is dangerous to use it any more. DomCom was quick to respond to my query over the weekend and arrange a short notice purchase and fit of a new boiler at very economical price.

I have also decided to use them for my yearly services going forward to avoid such issues again in future.

I would recommend Dom Com Heating. Ravi was very pleasant to talk to on the phone and did not push me for a sale. The engineer arrived bang on 8am and completed installation in 4.5 hours. Had an emergency boiler breakdown and it had to be replaced. Prem and his efficient team did a fantastic job and updated me throughout the process. Very courteous and professional service. Highly recommended. Also very economical.

I recently had a terrible experienced with my home emergency cover.
I was left looking for a company with exceptional review to sort out my heating. I received an appointment from domcom heating within 24hrs. Chandan arrived in good time and gave his quote (competitve) for a new boiler, there& then. . Once I decided to go for DC heating, Prem was able to booked my installation within a week. Prem had been an excellent CS co-ordinator, (5*) throughout the whole process. Kept me updated& answered all my query patiently before& after the installation. 21/01/21,Installation day, Tahir& Iqbal arrived in good time(earlier), which is a thumbs👍🏼 for me. They worked like clockwork, new boiler & 3 rads replaced, was out before 4pm. Reasonably cleared their work. One job was left unfinished on the day , but was sorted out within a week. Chandan did the good work himself. Overall, I will highly recommend this company. They are a good team, and I hope they can keep up the good communication, & standard of service to their customers. My ancient 35-year boiler suddenly got declared unsafe by the gas safe engineer during the installation of the new oven in the midst of covid and winter, but Domestic and Commercial Heating was very quick to visit my home and give a competitive quote. They have provided all certificates including gas safety, building regulation. The installation engineer Safed was very helpful, efficient, and the system was installed to very high standards. They manage to complete all installation work and set up on the same day. I am very satisfied with their work. I highly recommend Domestic and Commercial Heating to anyone for boiler installation.
