I ordered a bikini set. The top was to small so I wanted to exchange it and get a bigger size. They don't offer exchanges. I'm assuming its because they don't want to pay to ship another one out. They only do returns. So I ended up returning both pieces. I printed out the return label and took it to UPS. It cost me $17 to ship a 40 ounce item back to them. To expensive!! The bikinis are pricy as it is. I'm never shopping with them again. They should offer free returns or at least free exchanges.

From Doll.com I ordered the Midnight Mermaid bikini set. I worried the pattern wouldn't be as perfect as what their model wore so I ordered TWO sets so I could mix & match. What a (expensive) mistake! Both came with a blue & green top (as it should) but on one set only one cup was green & blue & the other cup is all BLACK & both bottoms are almost all BLACK. Of course their policy is that bikini bottoms are unreturnable. And as a first time buyer they never offered me any discount on the price. With their high prices, shipping fees, exchange rate & now duty on top of it all, I'm now left with this huge financial loss.

Came the day it was expected and it's absolutely PERFECT & so beautiful. Will be ordering many more for sure! LOVE❤️❤️❤️

I didnt get my money return, after i return a bikini that didn´t fits. DON´T buy from them, I did'nt get my money, and they dont REPLY my emails :( i lost a lot of money :(

Cute styles, but it is easy to get caught with $300 of swimwear that doesn't fit. As we females know, swimwear is hard to fit! I did not notice anything online about a 7 day return period (which is short, based on my extension online clothing shopping experience), and there definitely is not anything on the packing slip that comes with the swimsuits. Their items are expensive, and one would think that they would want to take care of their customers, instead of practicing what I would consider to be deceptive, although not illegal, business practices. In my case, I had emergency surgery, and by the time I got home, it was passed the deadline. I had a friend go through my mail and packages for anything that may need to be handled, or packages returned (sight unseen), but there is no mention of a deadline at all on their packing slip. Be weary of going out of town for a few days at the wrong time and getting caught! Goodwill shoppers are going to love me.

I was looking forward to wearing this dress because of the style and colors but I was seriously disappointed. It was too small and the material is ridiculously thin and cheap looking. Bought another from vandresses.com. Their persons are nice as well as in quality.
