The stores at Thurmont Maryland and Brunswick MD are worst in Washington DC area. Employees use racial and sexual slurs. Smoke marijuana inside the store. Terribly trained employees

There is to Doilar Tree's on Reynold Rd.in Toledo Ohio both are not stock good boxes alway on the floor and dirty

My mom, my sister, and I went to the dollar tree on Riverbend Rd right beside the Walmart in Kingsport Tennessee and this old lady was so rude (her name was nancy) to my mom asked my mom if that was it and my mom said no yet she still continues to cash her out then proceeds to get mad when my mom told her that wasn't all and she still had Tupperware containers that were sitting on the belt in plain site not only did she roll her eyes twice but she said we should've told her even though all three of us told her that wasn't it.

Amazing security they always have what I need. Everything is on sale. Great customer service one of my favorite stores.

Worst in Athens TN., purchase an x box card Dollar Tree never activated it. Had the receipt manager said they could not do any thing. I did not want any money just wanted them to activate it. Manager would not even check if it noy activated,she just said no. Went online Microsoft said just take it back they can reissue it. Yea Right! so I am out $50

I visited store #10532 in Ontario California on 12/16/24 and purchased several items.i was in a hurry so I didn't pay attention to Maria who put a pile of bills with the receipt on top in my hand after I paid with a $20 bill.i balled it up,put in my shorts pocket then left to another dollar tree in Chino(to get stuff that this one didn't have).As I attempted to pay with the $10 from the balled up $14 change from the previous DT,there was only 4 $1 bills.of course,I went back spoke to cashier after waiting in her long line again, she then called the manager who weighed the change and asked her what she owed from change, and proceeded to tell me that they do not have my $10 and made me look like a fool. The camera should have showed this. I called another Dollar tree and they assured me that the district manager was going to call me back and investigate and never did. I called the second time and was reassured once again and they never did. I called the corporate office and they assured me that the district manager with the last name of jaure, would for sure call me back and still haven't returned my call. Just to prove a point, I spent more than $2,000 on Christmas gifts in 2024 so the $10 is not a big deal of course.. but the principal of the matter is. If they would have reviewed the video I promise you it would show that the lady did not give me my correct change. And on top of that when the lady had rung me up initially she just got done ringing up her husband and daughter which I don't think is common practice in retail. Cashier normally doesn't tell a man and a little girl I love you when they leave. But then again that's besides the point. What is going on over there

dollar tree 1119 pantego tx has completely made a 100% turn around . great store manager who works her butt off and has put the right staff in the place the store stays fully stocked and cleaned now with multiple registers running at atime. this is what it takes to run a establishment successfully,

Store was clean, well stocked and organized. Sales associate, Karen, was polite and friendly.

Store #1553 at 2177 Lincoln St. Rhinelander, WI 54501 is in desperate need of cleaning. The floor looked like it hadn't been swept or cleaned in days. The restroom was no better as it was in need of a good cleaning.

Could be they need to hire employees to do the cleaning and stocking items - as the whole store was a "hodge-podge" mess.

Total Rip Off! Merchandise Never Came but they stated it was Delivered. I have a Camera at my house so I know for a fact it was never delivered to my address. Customer Service has taken my Report once every week for the last 3 Weeks and no Resolution yet.

The manager talks to the cashier clerk in personal conversation, while six to seven people are waiting in line. The manager could offer to open up another line so the others would not have to wait so long. The customers would have a much more pleasant shopping experience if they were placed ahead of unnecessary chatter.

I had a terrible experience with an employee at Dollar Tree today. This employee approached me asking me what I did with the candy I had in my hands; it was 7 big packs of Christmas candy that I changed my mind about, and I put it back on the shelf. I told her I put it back and she said where? Where is it? What did you do with it? She did not believe me that I put it back. Thankfully there was another employee in the candy isle when I changed my mind and put back everything where I got it from. I walked her over to her co-worker to verify that I had placed it back on the shelves. At this point she continued to accuse me of stealing the candy. She then followed me around telling me loudly that I was also in the store yesterday stealing. She said and i quote " I was in there yesterday and the day before loading my pockets up." I was at work. I tried to explain to her that it was not me and what she was doing was wrong, but she insisted that it was me I was lying, and I was a thief. Not only was this humiliating and embarrassing but at this point I was getting mad. I told her to check my pockets and to call the police the manager at this point told me I needed to stop cussing or leave. I was able to talk to the manager to the point where she let me buy the one item, I had gone in there for. I have never in my life been so embarrassed. And still while I am trying to talk to the manager the employee is steadily accusing me of stealing. Then she said something about rewinding the camera footage from yesterday to prove it was me, I told her yes please do that so you can see how wrong you are. I cannot believe this happened today. That whole situation should never have happened.

They claim they haven't raised the prices in 35 years. No, they didn't, but they sure reduced the quantity: 20 ounces became 14, then 10, then 6. The products can easily fit a dollhouse.
The "special" prices, such as $5 for 6 batteries, are way overpriced compared to the regular prices.

I recently went to the Dollar Tree located at 6812 Reisterstown Road in Baltimore Maryland today.
There was only one cashier and she had a line of about 7 customers. She complained and kept saying how she was cold and she was not rushing anything. She said she did not feel like being there and she didnt care who knew. This was a horrible thing to say right in front of the customers. She took her sweet time in ringining up customers and complained about everything. I wish I could give her a negative star. If you dont feel like being at work dont come!!!! Dont take it out on the customers. We are the reason that you have a job! I will NEVER go to that location and I will be filing a complaint with the corporate offices

The Dollar Tree Store #1887 on Cache Rd. in Lawton OK is the best one I have Ever been to.
They stock daily and the store is not upside down like most are because the employees clean and straighten the products daily.
If you need help, each employee willingly helps you to find things and they are kind and courteous.
Employees are very knowledgeable and do an excellent job.
Never had any problems at this Dollar Tree and people are willing to take time to complain but not as willing to give credit where it is due. The employees should be commended for a job well done at Store #1887.

The female at checkout was unprofessional and quite rude. She did not handle the glass items with care. After which, my daughter asked her for an extra bag in order to wrap the glass candles herself. This individual basically threw the bag at my daughter. Totally unacceptable! I'm not certain I will return to the DOLLAR TREE located in Atlanta, Georgia at the Greenbriar Mall.
