Accepted return BUT no refund given
The worst retail experience I have ever experienced and for a luxury brand, I am highly disappointed. I returned my order because the item was too big. The return was accepted on 13 August 25. It is now 26 September 25 and I have still NOT received my refund.
The customer service team is extremely unhelpful and I continue to receive a "we've received your return order and a refund will be made soon". When I ask for a refund date, I receive the same email!
I also issued a complaint 9 days ago, and to no surprise, I've received no response from Dolce & Gabbana.
My bank has now intervened to fight for my return.
What a disappointing experience as I love the Dolce & Gabbana brand but I will no longer shop at: dolcegabbana.com
