Where to start? I originally had my smart fence installed in 2018-2019 at our first home that had just nearly 3 acres. Within just a few hours the dogs knew they were not going to make it out of the yard. They had full range of our whole property and they took full advantage. We moved in late 2020 to our new home and it had a chain linked fenced back yard. After our other dogs unfortunately passed to due age and illnesses we purchased two purebred lab puppies. They quickly learned how to escape the fence and had escaped over 100 times in a matter of 2-3 months. I knew it was time to get back in touch with a company that has a “guarantees containment.” I will NEVER go to another company. The quality, the professionalism, the communication. There is not a single company that can compete with them. I have recommended them to numerous friends and family and they have also had the same experience. If you’re looking to have an in ground dog or cat fence installed just known their company will make you a fair price and a professional install. They go above and beyond to make sure they meet all of your requests.

Side note, if you live on the water and would like your animals access to a specific area into the water they can offer services. You can also ask them to put a switch in so they know they cannot go out to the water during the cold season where thin ice could start to form and keep them safe from falling into the water. Toby and Bobby were here to repair our old fencing system after some major remodeling. They were here on time and ready to get started. We walked the property to show them our layout and make sure we were aware of the fencing needs of our 3 dogs. They then started and worked like a well oiled machine (even when the trencher went into the creek on the lot line!)
They were very efficient, polite and well trained in their profession. I would highly recommend this group to whom ever is looking for a safe way to contain their dogs. Way to go, guys!

Tobbie and Bobby installed our new fence today, and did a wonderful job. They were professional, respectful, and very patient as they answered all of our questions. He worked with my dogs and showed me what I need to do at certain times , it’s worked out great my dogs our safe and I have piece of mind ,

We have five acres and a dog that likes to "travel". Tried the store bought versions and were disappointed. (Only covered small areas, had a lot of false corrections for our poor dog) Heard about the company/product through word of mouth. Was excited to realize a product existed that could effectively encircle our whole property. Professional installers. Very knowledgeable about product. Highly recommend this product/company.

Our system is about four years old. No problems experienced and if there are any questions, the company/installer we purchased it through answers promptly. It was not the least expensive system out there but the installer was very knowledgeable and helpful and definitely made the purchase selection easy. Daughter owns the same system and that's where we learned of this brand. It is great that both systems are set at the same frequency so that when we visit them or vice-versa, their respective collars work.

System performs well and batteries last forever. We have only owned one other system at a previous house. Went through batteries quickly and the installers customer service left much to be desired. Problems right from the start which they were reluctant to address until we told them we had spoken with other system owners that had the same issue (faulty hardware). Still had to push for getting it resolved - can't understand how they are still in business. Obtaining replacement parts for the collar was also ridiculously difficult - made to feel that we were bothering them.

Have not had to shop for a system recently but based on our experience, I don't believe you can go wrong with DogWatch. We would buy it again.

I was hesitant about getting an invisible fence for my little Yorkies - I wasn’t sure if the collars would be too big/powerful, and/or if it would contain their running! However, we’ve had our fence for a little over a month, and it’s working amazingly! Even when animals (that my pups love to chase) come and go in the yard, my babies will run after them until they start hearing the warning sound and immediately back off.

The only downside that I’ve experienced thus far is that, on the off chance they get so scared and go through the fence, they are even more afraid to come back through! Being runners, they don’t want to come back, but we’re working on teaching them the safe word for coming back into the yard.

The K9 team was terrific to work with - they met my needs, answered ALL of my questions, and I truly felt as if they cared about my pups.

This is a great service. It gives me peace of mind and enables us to have our dogs with us when they ordinarily would be in the pen, If the dogs could type I am sure they would be thanking you for all the fun and freedom your service has provided.

I am so glad I decided to go with DogWatch for my underground fence. From start to finish they were very professional and I felt like I like received good value. Another plus is they help train your dog and will come back no charge multiple times if necessary. I would highly recommend them!

We've had our fence for almost 90 days, no problems. The installation was quick and smooth, the training was good. The install crew was very knowledgeable, great with our dogs.

I could not believe that my dog would learn to stay in his yard by wearing a collar. We chose K9 Keeper after pricing out traditional fencing. It was a third of the cost of a real fence! Our dogs learned to avoid the fence on the very first day. We love how the fence does not obstruct our views.
