Great Lodge with balcony very secure for dogs
Great Lodge with balcony, hot tub, loved the balcony particularly with having 2 large Bullmastiffs was a great addition it allowed us to let the dog have freedom and open doors, very clean, overall we loved our stay, very relaxing and quiet just bliss just a few points we found:
If you want ppl to recycle need to supply recycle tubs withs each lodge
Missing: freezer would have helped immenaley with a week stay as shops and electrical car chargers not close

Unhappy With:
No customer resolution with no working wifi all week and failed to get a reply so its clear they know this doesn't work so shouldnt advertise wifi
Maintenance: Balcony quite rotten in places and stumps need replacing,
Jacquzzi lid broken inside into.millions of pieces and are very heavy which is dangerous if you suffer spinal disc degenerative disc disease, please see about replacing them with a lift up arm for health & safety reasons

Confusing and varied photos - need to be standardised and clearr much searching we eventually…
After much searching we eventually booked a caravan however, each owner shows their own selection of photos. but it would be better if the format of photos could be standardised so you can see every room/space clearly. This would help greatly to find exactly what you as a customer are looking for.

Easy to use the website, with plenty of information
I found the combination of the map and the written descriptions easy to use. When I hovered over the description of a property, it would automatically highlight it on the map. All the booking information was easy to find and use, and the booking process was simple.
If there was one comment I would make, it would be about how prominent the dog information was for each property. As you are called "Dog Friendly Cottages", perhaps it would be helpful to highlight if there are any restrictions on the types of dogs (for example, some places only accept small dogs, and we have a labrador), or other requirements made, such as no pets on the sofas.
For future, it might also be worth polling customers about exactly what they see as important features, e.g. an outdoor tap and hose to wash the dog after a walk, or a walk in shower, or steps up to the bedrooms.
