Doffle Dog is a great store. I can only say good things !!!
Overly happy with our purchase got a free Bow and wax melt with my order. I couldn’t be anymore pleased. Harness fit my puppy perfectly and is a great material. Already ordered more!! Can’t wait for it to arrive !

Amazing quality, fits my dog so well and great value for money. Lots of different designs and we are so in love with the Christmas collection!

I wanted to love this company 😢
Unfortunately the customer service is terrible.
I ordered a pair of pjs plus matching dog pjs.
I was sent odd pyjama sizes. Trying to talk to anyone here is impossible.
I’ve tried to reach out via Instagram, Facebook and email.

Finally got a response to one of my emails asking what size I’d been sent (this information was already added to the email they were responding to) 🤷🏻‍♀️

I was told replacements would be sent the same day and I was to return my order.
Almost a month later I’m still waiting for the correct size, and return address ???

I won’t be a returning customer I’m afraid, you’re not valued as a paying customer, it’s so frustrating being completely ignored

They have not been ticked incorrectly, you have sent the wrong size.
They’re not a matching set.
You have only replied to my email TODAY with return address because you’ve seen my honest review here.

You also say you’ve sent a replacement, but I’ve certainly not received anything.

You also keep stating that you run this company yourself, if it’s taking you a month to rectify a problem and respond to emails maybe you need some staff ??

Didn’t receive over £40 worth of harnesses etc and no response from doffle dog after many emails . Lisa is saying as you can see I didn’t send info this is totally untrue

Woww wow woww omg the Halloween set is outstanding but I have to say the penguin pup bundle I have just received including the adult pjs is the nicest design I have ever seen totally blown away with it all! This is the Christmas design but not like other brand Christmas stuff it’s unique, modern and luxury without being too Christmassy very rich looking beautiful blue and silver like ice white totally in this year and penguins! You have done it again too marks for design and luxurious look and feel love love love it!! Your smashing it xx

DOFFLE is just fab! Such beautiful, unique and quality products. All of the items are just lovely and our puppy loves them too. Lisa is also amazing and so helpful when answering any questions or providing any advice about her products. From the packaging, to the products themselves everything is so personal and worth every penny!!! They also do some great deals which are 100% worth it. Overall we have not been disappointed and will continue to watch out for future products.

Products arrived really quickly and kept updated. Packaging was lovely and really pleased with the harness set. Quality is really good and washes well. Will be purchasing more !!!

I can’t put into words how amazing Doffle dog products are. We’ve followed the amazing business from the start and honestly can’t rate them enough for their quality. Domino has had his harness since a puppy. Nine months down the line it’s still like brand new. We get lovely compliments from people of how lovely the products are. Definitely can’t rate them enough.
