Disappointing Experience – Lack of Transparency and Poor Customer Service
After revising and deleting my previous negative review, I am disappointed that I have to leave another one.
I paid my insurance premium in full. When I added my new vehicle, I was charged a much higher amount. After discussing it with the company, we agreed on a revised figure, which I paid in full.
Despite this, I later received a phone call and a letter stating that I had an outstanding balance and that my policy would be cancelled within a few days. This was unexpected and caused me unnecessary stress and distress.
In my opinion, the company has not been transparent in the way it has handled my policy. I believe the FCA should look into how this company treats its customers.
I have requested a refund and expect it to be calculated fairly and in line with the terms of my policy. I simply want to leave this company and move on with peace of mind.

I received excellent service from Doddle Cover Taxi Insurance. The representative I spoke with was very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer my questions and made the whole process straightforward and stress-free. I am very pleased with the service I received and would highly recommend them.

Failed to call back multiple times
Called to work through a quote given online and was told I would get a call back. After a few calls to them from me I still over 48 hours later have not received any calls. For a business that prides itself on customer service seems the basic of service not met.
