Having to revise a 5* review down as I took my car to the garage today with the sealed box containing the front wishbones to be fitted pre-MOT......

Got a phone call an hour ago, they have sent the wrong parts.....the parts received do not even match the packing slip.....parts should be for a Nissan Pixo, the parts in the box are for a VW Golf Plus........not much difference there.....

Have to return the parts received BUT cannot wait for them to be delivered back to the seller as there would then be no way to get them here in time for fitting......either need the correct parts sending now or need to source elsewhere so I can have them in time......in the interim the car is off the road minus front wishbones so now carless for 3 days at least.

Originally purchased for £10 more each than I could from another supplier as they could not guarantee to have them here by Monday to fit today.....now looks like I'll have to use my garage supply chain which are going to incur an extra £70 in costs for same day delivery

After evri sending my parts back to autodoc Germany because they were to heavy. I ordered them from doctorcarparts who shipped them with parcelforce express 24. But 6 days later they are still in Liverpool depot. So drcarparts had them sent direct from manufacturer via dpd had them in less than 24hrs. Excellent service would recommend will use them again.

Appalling service quality is lucky bag delivery is a joke expect you to stay in all day losing money to wait for the items which were £6 more than I could of got from any motor factor be warned

Very very expensive price from Doctor Car Parts £14.26 same part from GSF car parts £5.93

Item sent but not as detailed as parts missing as per manufacturer design even though they state it’s the same part number which it was clearly not

Ordered 2 bump stops for my Citroen C2.When I was unsure whether they were fitted properly I contacted them by e mail.I had an immediate reply from Julee who showed concern and offered replacements
In the event they remained secure and car passed mot

BE AWARE !!! FRAUD!!! don't buy from them !!!! SEND faulty VACUM pump. SEND item BACK but THEY didn't RETURN my MONEY and they NOT respoding to messages !!! Reported TO Police & Action FRAUD robed ME on£167 NEXT step COURT 30.10.21 THEY will have to cover all court cost + possibly their shop on e- bay will be closed because of that. The Fraud Act 2006 abolished sections 15, 15A, 16 and 20(2) of the 1968 Act and sections 1 and 2 of1978 Act (all various offences of deception).

A no-hassle transaction for a can of Chevron Techron fuel injection cleaner. Can't say if it works as well as the Forte equivalent but it was delivered quickly and well wrapped up so full marks in that respect.

Item received through post promptly,has now been fitted and has solved the problem.
