It's outrageous that the website responsible for publishing doctor profiles is falsifying doctors' reviews. They are putting patients at risk. It's unacceptable that this website prioritizes its profits over the well-being of patients who rely on accurate information to make informed decisions about their healthcare. The website needs to take responsibility for its actions and stop deceiving the public. I urge others to steer clear of this website and not trust any reviews posted on it. It's time for the website to prioritize honesty and integrity over profits.

As the other reviews have stated - Doctoralia is a fraudulent website. I paid a lot of money to see a doctor mainly after reading solely positive reviews of them on this website - so I thought, they must be great. When I tried to then leave negative feedback - my review did not appear (although I adhered to the rules). I also noticed that the reviews left by the doctor seemed to almost all also leave glowing positive comments about one particular receptionist - although there were a few and we found this receptionist to be actually very rude. This leads me to believe that this company was also forging their own reviews on it, which is terrible for a clinic. I believe Doctoralia should be shut down as it is giving patients misleading information when making choices about their health.

They deleted my review without my knowledge or consent, my review was truthful, accurate, factual but negative.

I tried several times to submit a negative review of a doctor, each one adhering to the guidelines, but the reviews never showed up on the website. I looked at the reviews for several other doctors, and found that they are all positive. This leads me to believe, as the other reviewer here states, that only positive reviews are approved. This renders Doctoralia utterly redundant as a 'reviews' site: it's more akin to a collection of glowing testimonials for a given doctor, and gives no objective impression of patient satisfaction or the given doctor's competence."

The type of website that is set up to ostensibly leave reviews of doctors, but in actual fact only accepts said reviews if they are positive, therefore leaving users unable to leave honest, accurate and fair accounts of any negative doctor experiences they may have had, and thus defeating the entire purpose of a review website.
