Slow clap to this gutter of a clinic and to Dr Akan Efe for terrifying me and my family with an ‘IBD’ diagnosis based merely on a calprotectin number. Truly visionary, why bother with something as boring and useful as a stool culture when you can just skip straight to scaring patients with lifelong diagnoses? Not to mention, I received less than half of the blood tests I paid for!

For the record, it wasn’t IBD, just a Campylobacter infection, for which I had to go back to my home country to find urgently. Don’t waste your hard-earned money here!

This is for me a clinic for fast and
adequate response of COMPETENT AND CAREFUL DOCTORS, who will give you the right treatment and guidance you need when you are sick.
I have been in England for 10 years and I am always with them in an emergency and they always manage to recover me quickly,

Prices in the clinic are absurd high! £240 for 10 minutes ! ! Don't go unless you have extra money. There is no discount for children! I brought my son in because he had a cold!

Dr Akan is brilliant, very kind, polite and caring. I was able to book an appointment on the same day I called! The doctor has done a thorough examination and I am really pleased with the experience. I highly recommend him and his professional expertise! Thank you very much!

I had my dermatologist appointment where I was given the option to get prescription antibiotic right away or get a £110 nasal swab so I can receive a more personalized treatment. My skin condition at the time was quite bad so I needed something while I wait for the results from the nasal swab so I got a prescription ointment that (as per leaflet) is meant to be used for 10 days. I was told to use it for a week.
I got my sample results which were negative so I was expecting in this case to get some sort of antibiotic because I cannot use that ointment forever. Whenever I call the clinic to chase up with the treatment I always get told the doctor has called me but I haven’t picked up!? Why would I not pick up if I’m the one that desperately needs some sort of treatment?
That ointment she prescribed is not helping anymore I’ve used it for over 3 weeks and at this point (even though it’s not helping anymore) it’s a necessity for me as I still hope that I’m going to see some positive changes soon.
For a private clinic that is very unprofessional, and for the amount of money they’ve charged me for 10 min.

I whent to dr Nel on the 9th of June,she never gave me antibiotics. I phoned the receptioness on the 11th and she rudely told me that i must wait,she never phoned me,i called again and again she was rude and told me i must wait. I called again at 13:00 then they were closed. All that i asked was for a prescription for antibiotics. Its rude people like her that gives the docter a bad name.

It is been THREE days now since I wrote to them through their own form but no answer yet! Although they promise a reply in 24 hours.

Every time they are charging different price for the same service. Not happy with the female receptionist. First I’ve been told £160, on place I paid £200, next time £190, depends on her mood.

Excellent service delivery was quick and efficient.
