This company uses scam tactics and behaviours.
I recently had the misfortune to interact with this company. I was interested in a product on Facebook and clicked a link to the product. Their website was masked by Docsshipping.com whose site I was connected to. Thinking that I was expressing an interest in the original product I registered my details. The registration carried a £0.02p payment which should have been a red flag I confess. Believing this was a token registration fee for my product of interest I paid the fee. Then, spotting the web address was not the one I had expected, I logged out. There was no communication from docsshipping.com. A week later I was checking my bank statement and saw the 0.02p transaction followed by another for £29 pounds. I immediately contacted the company by email saying I had no knowledge of a subscription and requested immediate cancellation and a refund. I was promptly advised that as per their T&C I had subscribed to their service. We exchanged several further emails but they would not refund the unwarranted £29 payment. I would think carefully about engaging with this company as there other more trustworthy service suppliers to choose from.
