An absolute trouble free experience following an RTC. Everything was catered for and we were kept up to date about the repair and arrangements to collect and return the vehicle to our home was excellent. Great job!

Vehicle repaired after 2nd attempt and left filty dirty
Having had to use DLG for the repair of my vehicle following a collision, I can say that I would not use them or Direct Line again,
Having been told my vehicle repairs were completed after a few weeks, I went to collect it from their site in Warwick, I was meet with a very rude man who denied me the opportunity to test drive my vehicle and then had to point out there are still area of the vehicle that had not been repaired, I had to leave it with them for a further 3 weeks to complete these.
I finally picked up my vehicle today 15.08.25
To find the repairs has now been finished but the vehicle was completely filthy, If I had not been on my way to work I would have insisted on it being cleaned, but I was just thankful my vehicle was back on the road and would not have to deal with DLG again

What would have made it even better was if they had vacuumed the boot and also taken out the seat cover and paper in the footwell of the front seat.
