The best garage, so well managed with fantastic staff, polite and very friendly. The service was second to none, cleaned my car inside and out after a family holiday with two very messy children so absolutely went above and beyond which was not part of the service! Very much appreciated ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My vehicle had been damaged all along the drivers side, including wheel damage. DLG completed the repair several days earlier than expected, and to a high standard. Although I wasn't expecting it, they cleaned the car inside and out, which was a nice touch. The car came back looking brand new.

The whole process from original home assessment, home collection, regular progress updating to redelivery to home following repairs was exemplary. The actual repairs were to a very high standard.

Everyone I dealt with was very courteous and helpful. The work was carried out promptly and I am very satisfied with the work done. A slight oversight when my car was returned without the replacement tyre which had been ordered but this was very promptly rectified . A good service all round.

Excellent service from start to finish. I was kept updated/informed throughout the entire process. Very friendly and responsive team. The repair was done to a very high standard. Car delivered like new. After delivery I noticed the rubber trim was missing. I got in touch with DLG and they resolved the issue by sending an engineer out the same day. Would definitely recommend!

It's getting worse and worse. Now the car has been backwards and forwards to them for nearly a month. I was told Friday that the car was ready and just needed detailing and polishing. It's now Wednesday and I still don't have the car. I have been promised afternoon updates that never come. I'm consistently chasing them instead of them calling me. I was even told if I wasn't happy this time I would need to go back to the dealer and speak to them. Why direct line are using them I will never know. I've asked them to do an investigation but I doubt that will happen. I have a feeling there is more being done than I'm being told and I just dread the car coming back now as I can't see there being any problems. A car that was suppossed to be be special and help me whilst I have chemo and other medical visits and they've ruined it. I hope no one else has to go through this.

Efficient and reliable service

Everything from collection to return with regular up-dates was excellent. The car came back sparkling and looking like new. This was my second excellent experience with DLG which was way better than I have had elsewhere in the past

Overall a very positive experience. The only frustration was Churchill not communicating with DLG Auto when they said they had.

Very quick in making the arrangements to collect my car. Kept me well informed throughout. Repair seems to be of high quality but the added assurance of a five year warranty is excellent. All round good service.

The service centre were responsive and picked up the car from out hime. They kept us up to date with progress an ld the repairs were done to a high standard when the car was returned. They were really good.
