Car was delivered on time and served us well during the time our car was away.

Very good service from start to finish. Highly professional and very organised. A perfect job was done on the repairs to my vehicle after a crash.

After waiting three months, i was told that my repair was complete, the hire car my insurance company provided me with was collected and a few days later DLG contacted me to arrange the return of my vehicle,
On return of my car before allowing them to drop it off i checked the underneath of my car only to find that they had refitted damaged parts to my car, they also failed to fit other parts which should have been on the car.
I refused to accept the vehicle and sent it back.
I was contacted to say that the damaged parts were on back order and that they would return my car to me and once available they would collect and fit them to my vehicle.
I said they could, but i was not prepared to pay my excess until the repair had been completed in full, they refused, so i told them to contact me when the repairs were completed.
Guess what I’m still waiting, and I’ve not been provided with a courtesy car!!!!
March 2026 update……
Nearly four months now and i still haven’t had my car back, DLG still haven’t even bothered to contact me with an update on when i can expect my car to be repaired.
Good luck to anyone else that is expecting a repair from this company, absolute joke.
If you do have a repair done by this company please check that any repairs are done correctly as they may refit damaged parts to your car as they attempted to do with me!!!!!

This company delivers a world-class service. My car was taken away for repairs to the front of the vehicle & from day 1 each member of staff that spoke to me was courteous, helpful & gave customer service that was second to none. I was continually kept informed of progress, the repair carried out was excellent & my car was returned to me in showroom condition inside & out. Throughout the whole experience I felt totally looked after.

I just had my car back from their branch in Middlewich. I would give it 6* if I could. I am over the moon with the service. The car was repaired very quickly to the highest standards, and amazing communication kept me informed through the whole process. The car was returned cleaner than when it went in! Very professional, kept me informed throughout, collected my vehicle from home and dropped it off again once repaired. I didn't have to chase them up for anything. Very pleased with the service.

I felt valued as a customer speaking to the handle caller, and i was very pleased for the van, to be repaired the same day after the spare part was provided.

The collection and delivery drivers were polite and efficient, and the repair was excellent.
