I just wanted to take a moment to thank the team at DLG Auto Services for the outstanding service following my recent repair.
After the collision (which thankfully wasn’t my fault), I was genuinely impressed by how quickly and efficiently everything was handled. The repairs were completed far sooner than I expected—especially given how close it is to Christmas—and the car looks and feels like new again.
I really appreciated being kept informed at every single stage of the process. Both the collection and delivery drivers were polite, friendly, and professional, which made the whole experience even smoother. Having the car returned fully valeted was a lovely touch and very much appreciated.
The team’s work ethic, attention to detail, and customer care truly deserve recognition. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful situation such a positive experience.

Excellent bodywork and paint repair carried out to a very high standard. The headlight replacement was fitted perfectly and the paintwork was colour matched flawlessly - you genuinely can’t tell any work has been done. Absolutely great service, after a small dent in the side of my car, they picked up and dropped off my car (even though it was a Manchester Garage), repaired quickly within a few days too. They even returned the car cleaned and valeted too. They offered regular updates on progress too. Highly recommend and highly professional.

Well; after repair delays seemingly down to receiving parts ordered for repair, (seemingly that issue can affect other make of cars) due to the present World supply issues, car was delivered back to me, body work replacement/paint was indistinguishable from original, blending in perfectly from new to old.
My vehicle went in for repair and I was more than pleased with the excellent customer service I received from start to finish. The job was brilliant and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend yourselves to anyone.
Took 1 day for the garage to solve a huge rewiring issue due to rodent damage. They had chewed through looms. The car is valeted on the inside and outside. I barely drove the courtesy car it was all fixed so quick. What an excellent job, I've never used a garage like it. I know where I'll be taking my car the next time I have any issues. Thank you team!
Impossible to get through. They fo not answer the phone. Message to say they will call back but they do not. However they did call me first thing the next morning. The parts manager Chris Hulme was most helpful. Problem lies with Tesla but I understand that in these days of last minute production parts are a proble.

After someone T-boned my car, I feared the worst for it.
Car was picked up the next day, and the following morning I received a phone call to say it was going to be repaired and should be back within 21 days, which I thought was fairly reasonable.
To my surprise, the car was returned to me in mint condition after only 11 days.
Good communications all the way through.
Work was carried out via my insurance company, and so glad I did.
