DLG are a great repair team!!
DLG were always prompt, professional and friendly in their interactions regarding the repair on my vehicle.
They picked it up from my front door, gave me a courtesy vehicle to keep me moving and let me know when to ,expect delivery back to me.
When there was a delay in receiving a part they needed they extended my courtesy car rental and always kept me informed so I knew what was happening.
My car looks great- the repair has made it look "brand new"!
Now I just need to keep it that way!!

I had the best customer service experience with DLG. I spoke to Ellie & Megan who were so lovely and arranged for my car to be collected from my home address and taken to the garage for repair. Dean called within the time slot to confirm when he would be arriving to collect my car and also when he’d be delivering it back to my address after it had been repaired. He was so kind and helpful.
The garage called to give me feedback on the damage and what repairs they needed to carry out ( sorry can’t remember the guys name but he was also very nice and gave clear and concise information) My car looks great

definitely a 5 Star... 10/10 service
I have just had one of the most uplifting customer service experiences of my entire adult life... I made a claim on my car insurance for a damaged rear door, to "do it myself" would have cost a fortune... anyway I was passed over the the "authorised" repairer and I am so glad they did.. within 24hrs I had a text and a call arranging for car collection.. the guy turned up as arranged bang on time, friendly understanding and very careful with my car... brilliant pick up.. everything fully explained and pleasant chat, a few hours later text stating they had got the car.. next day another text assessed and new door required.. the next day yet another text car fixed.. then a call to arrange delivery/payment (insurance excess) all done with charm and professionalism.. again bang on time car delivered immaculate condition all valeted and looking great, delivery driver was as friendly and nice as the pick up guy.. All told the entire process was superb fantastic service understanding explanations and all questions answered.. definitely a 5 Star 10/10 service from this company... well done from an extremely happy customer..

Used them when! Car was hot by another motorist. They had it in for 1 week and when I got it back did a really good job. Was only the front left above the wheel and replacement hibcap. They did a good job and would recommend
