Ordered four items, only got three. Receipt marked one as refunded but I never got the money. Emailed multiple times and heard nothing back tired calling no answer. Terrible customer service I’ll never use them again. Don’t waste your time, go somewhere else.😡

Order not dispatched, no response when i raised the issue through the form on the website and no answer to phone calls

Accepted online order, then got a txt the day of delivery to advise it was not in stock. Accepted there offer to have the same vape as I ordered but in a different colour. Order arrived and it was the wrong vape that had been sent. Phone number doesn’t work, tried to contact on the mobile number they txt me on and no answer and sent an email. Finally heard from them for a picture of the vape they incorrectly sent me, which I did straight away and no reply at all regarding exchange/refund. Will have to pick up with my credit card company to query,

Placed an order 20/05/26 , never received it and Royal Mail tracking never received it, I finally received a reply email 02/06/26 and confirmed that I want a refund, as of today 25/06/26 I have still not received a refund or any further answer to my emails and messages sent on their contact us page. very poor customer service, do not answer the phone or respond to emails.

Order 3 tubs of nicotine pouches over 3 weeks ago and they never arrived

I originally found diy vape just by accident and they have the cheapest vape juice and postage is very resonable and fast ,to be honest i ordered so many from these guys and i will keep ordering more ,my other half keeps asking why do u need so many answer is easy i like varerity

Always get speedy delivery and the products are spot on cannot fault the company glad I found them.

I am still waiting for my order.
I let them know twice now and yet I haven't received a response. It happens orders cannot be fulfilled and I have no problems with that. But at least refund the money.
