Everything is Perfect
AWESOME LOOK, DESIGN BEAUTIFULLY, THE WRITING A LITTLE HARD TO READ
Awesome work.
Outstanding quality and attention to details.
Paint peeled right off. As this was HAND-PAINTED and we paid EXTRA for this, it's VERY disappointing and not at ALL we had come to expect. We've been ordering from them for YEARS and this is the WORST we have seen.
Antwort von DIY Awards
Hi K'Anne:
We are sorry to hear about paint peeling issue you experienced with the order.
Please be assured that the awards were produced and shipped out in perfect condition. Such issues occurred while the packages are in transit under extreme hot/cold, and humid conditions. The moistures got under the freshly painted surface causing it to peel off.
It happens rarely but do occur more often in the summer months. Unfortunately, we don't have a way to predict or prevent it from happening 100% of times.
We have requested our production team to make the replacement awards ASAP. It will be shipped with Express service free of charge.
We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
Best Regards,
Customer Service Team
