Save your money people! This is a joke and a waste!!! Worst customer service EVER…it’s probably AI customer service just like the songs and it’s a scam and a rip! You may or may not get your song. You may or may not have them do any edits and you’ll be so frustrated that you just give up and lose $130+ dollars for nothing but regret and a headache. I’m so sorry I trusted this company. They should be sued….run from this company and go elsewhere!

From the little bit I wrote to create the song I cannot believe how you captured my feelings so perfectly. I am sitting here balling my brains out! She hasn't heard it yet, but I am sure she will treasure the song as much as I do.

I didn't think it would come in time but I received it the evening of his birthday. It is absolutely beautiful. The lyrics and the singer's voice are perfection. I cried. My husband's reaction was so sweet and humble and I messed up and didn't record him listening to it. They captured everything I wanted. If you're debating..just do it! You won't regret it. I placed my order #29913 for my wedding. I got the song and loved most of it. I paid for Unlimited edits but when I tried to go to the editing it say my order was never delivered?? I have written to the customer service department through email AND their online form, there has been NO communication. I wish I would have read ALL the reviews before I wasted my money. I would gladly make this a much better review if the company would do what I paid them to do. I am sad by this and ANGRY that this company would take such advantage of people who are trying to do something so personal and emotional for their loved ones.
