I received my song, it sounds really beautiful….i just needed them to make a few edits (i had paid for unlimited edits). I have received no response from support at Divine Song. This company is sitting on a gold mine, but without top quality customer service, they’ll never last. Which is a shame because it’s such a great idea.

I ordered a song for the first time as an expedited order for Valentine’s Day as a gift for my daughter. I received the link to the song within 24 hours as promised. The song was beautiful with only one word being in audible. It did take me a few times reaching out to get a response to fix that word but the response I did get was very apologetic and sincere, and already had a new link included with the adjusted lyrics. It did change the tune of the song a little bit, but I think it was even more beautiful the second time around. My son liked the idea so much that he ordered a song to give to his girlfriend for her birthday. Jackie was very responsive and kind and made sure the revised song was acceptable. I will definitely be ordering again.

I absolutely love the song they made for me. It was nearly perfect, but there are a couple things that need to be changed - like the month of the wedding it is for. However, since receiving the song, I have been searching for the magic button to submit the edits they promised when I paid for them. I have used their support email, a reply to the order confirmation, and twice the question submission process on their website, all to no avail.

I finally got a response. Some edits were made but a couple were missed. I'm going to keep on trying. I think they have had a much greater response than they expected.

I did have a little trouble trying to send to my son because it’s loaded on what’s app. I had to load that then access. But I got it. I loved the photo and how the lyrics were listed. More importantly,I absolutely loved the song as did my son. The artist was beautiful and the song brilliant. I then went back and ordered the wall hanging with the photo used and the lyrics. I can’t wait to see that!
