Very good communfrom start to finish erected bed and took all rubbish away would highly recommend this firm

The most straight forward easy purchase from start to finish. The bed was a good price. The communication was on point. From confirmation email, to delivery day and time slot. The 2 couriers were amazing and friendly and went above and beyond. So friendly. The bed is lovely and I will most definitely be using the company for all future purchases. Highly recommend 👌. Thank you.

Bought a divan bed with truckle with Worcester mattresses. Excellent product. Delivery experience could've been better. However the two gents who eventually made the delivery could not have been better. One star deducted for a) lack of clarity on website when ordering. No indication of extended delivery time because I live in central Scotland, b) lack in of updates in a timely manner after first failed delivery. Delivery team saved you. Thanks guys

Absolutely great service handled with care and went above and beyond when needed and told me some information to help with the headboard

Customer service was great.
Ordering was a breeze, was perfect exactly what I ordered.

the bed came on time, however. the colour is not at all what’s seen and advertised on the website. i ordered a bed of what looked like a forest green. and got a bright emerald green. never understand why people misadvertise their products. maybe because they have this stock already and know not many would want this colour…

whatever the name is. that’s not the point. it’s that in the displayed image — the colour of the bed looks so different from the actual bed. please, display what your products looks like accurately

Fantastic delivery went as expected received phone call as promised prior
Delivery men were great very polite and helpful nothing was too much trouble Would definitely use again and recommend Thankyou

They did a wonderful job. They even took it to a different address for us as we put the wrong address in. Can not say a bad word about them

Absolutely nothing bad to say about the bed, delivery, the delivery drivers or the delivery time. Even though it was quite late when they managed to get all the way to my house they still tried there hardest to provide brillaint customer service and generally just being kind polite and funny. the quality of the bed brillaint it is everything I wanted. The price is extremely affordable considering the horrific prices of beds these days. Absolutely brilliant company definitely will be recommending to friends and family

Excellent service from a local family run business. Guys went above and beyond to get the mattresses and beds into the right room even though they did t have to. They wanted to make sure the customer was happy! Thank you!

The quality of the bed divan we purchased is fantastic! Coupled with the fact that there is a choice of ordering it with continental drawers, this makes the divan the perfect choice for anyone who has bedside cabinet (I can still open the drawers without moving the bedside cabinet!).
The customer services have been extremely helpful.
Overall, very happy customer!!

Excellent company to buy from. From start to finish very good experience and their products are top quality delivery was fast and delivery team very helpful

Good quality beds at realistic prices.

Special thanks to the delivery driver I think his name was Amin .

Absolutely love my bed, it’s great quality and the drawers underneath are so spacious. Customer service is fantastic, they kept me well informed and were so lovely when delivering my new bed. Will definitely order from here again.

They amended the order to do a colour change due to us changing our mind. Delivered promptly. Delivery guys were lovely and polite and very helpful. Bed is truly lovely and looks amazing !! A positive experience all round. Would highly recommend.

They amended the order twice due to us changing our mind. Delivered promptly. Delivery guys were lovely and polite. Bed is lovely. A positive experience all round

Outstanding service.
Quality mattress.
Delivered on time.
Highly recommended.

Have to give four star, but would of given 5 star only because I never received a email saying the bed was going to be delivered on a certain day. I wasnt living at the property at the time, so had a phone call from the delivery driver at 8am on a Saturday morning, saying they were outside my address! So had to rush there extremely quickly to receive it.
I didnt like the colour of the bed so I contacted the company, and they were very happy to send pictures of other colours they do and replace the bed with the colour I like. So they arranged delivery to pick up the old bed and drop off the new bed in just a couple of days. They arranged a really early morning slot and the delivery man was right on time. Cant fault them for customer service, as other companys would of charged or taken forever to get the delivery sorted. They were brilliant!

Brilliant!
I don't think you can go wrong, very professional delivery drivers (and very strong blimey), the ordering experience was very easy and the bed although I have not unwrapped it yet apart from a peek of the colour on the headboard is exceptional value for money, I will definitely keep this company in mind if I change my bed in the future and I will definitely be recommending
