Great Service
We had left ordering acrylic display until the last minute and The Display Centre, despite not having enough stock, pulled out all the stops and made what we needed in time for our shop opening. The items were well packaged and no breakages on delivery.

Strong and robust
I've just assembled the unit and it appears robust and sturdy as you have advertised. My previous rail's wheel disintegrated - too heavy a load on my part I suspect. Your wheels look much stronger so fingers crossed.

Damaged product badly packaged
White Mannequin was delivered damaged and not packaged properly. The mannequin parts had been previous removed from the protective coverings and just laid in the boxes with a mix random dirty plastic wrap. It was obvious they had been unpacked previously.
We had the boxes stored safely a week before opening them. Their report for damage etc is only 48hours so they wouldn’t replace the damaged item but part offered 50% refund against the purchase of a new one. If the boxes weren’t so obviously tampered with and item obviously damaged before being delivered I would have excepted that offer but felt like I was being ripped off regardless. There are other more reliable suppliers.

We kindly suggest reviewing the previous conversation we had regarding this issue. We appreciate you highlighting for others that we state upon order that any damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. As you may know, if damages are reported after this period (in this case, more than a week since delivery), our options for resolving the issue may be limited.
We apologise if you perceived that the goods were in poor condition upon arrival. However, please rest assured that we do not provide used goods to our customers.
