Food was very tasty indeed but the driver just dropped the box on the floor and a number of items inside were damaged and covered the remaining contents in the box. Flat bread was in pieces, Chantilly cream and Chilli and Herb dressing leaked and covered everything. Shame DPD ruined it for us.

We had Provençal Bouilibaise..a good depth of flavour in the sauce, the prawns and mussels were sumptuous and the rest of the fish delicious. The dessert was light, fresh strawberries included and not too sweet, An issue with the delivery was sorted efficiently by customer service.

Great tasting food, easy to prepare and great customer service

It was delicious! The potion of rice was a lot less than the sample photo though - would have loved more. So far, the best meal among all the dishpatch I tried.

Good flavours, good portion sizes, somewhat complicated to get onto the table

The food was fabulous, arrived well packaged with clear instructions. Was straightforward to assemble and cook into a delicious meal, would highly recommend the Persian lamb supper!

We weren't so keen on the butter chicken curry since we didn't like the coal flavour. This is just personal preference though and the chicken was tender.

Never had a problem in two years but then suddenly all went wrong in a couple of months. One of my parcel was one day late and was not fit to be consumed and another parcel never arrived. Dispatch apologised but never offered a commercial gesture which would have been appreciated. I unfortunately cannot count on them anymore and am looking at other suppliers.

Editing my review after Dishpatch answer. My review is not about your employees who have always been quick to reply and professional. My review is about your company not sorting out their deliveries, which is not my problem as a customer. A commercial gesture is not just a refund, it is a little bit extra effort after your company could not deliver what I ordered.

The quality of the ingredients and packing is excellent.
Our meal was so easy to prepare and was absolutely delicious!
A super idea for a special treat and/or special occasion without paying restaurant prices.

This is the second time you have asked me for my comments, why?

I was given a gift voucher as a Father’s Day present but there seemed to be no clear way of using it to pay for the meal. I cashed it in against a Waitrose shop which slightly spoilt the experience!

The package arrived as promised and products within well cared and kept cool; excellent quality and will be reordering again.

First time ordering and it was fantastic. The food was incredible, really easy to prepare and generous portions. We ordered for a special birthday lunch and will definitely do this again.

Interesting menus, good quality, clear cooking intructions, decent sized portions for the cost and have never had any delivery problems.

This is a reply to Dishpatch iro their response to my earlier review. Yes Dishpatch did provide our ingredients before guaranteed before 2.00 pm but at an additional cost of £9.00.

Great selection of menus and chefs. Easy to order and have delivered. DPD stays in touch on delivery. Keep going on trying to reduce plastic!

Great food easy to cook.

Dishpatch never fails to disappoint, I enjoy the range and variety of meals that I can order, and that the menus are suitable for two people. If we order a four person box then it will last us two days, and that is not a bad thing!

Instructions are easy to understand unusually come with a little timeline so you know when to do which step. The quality of food is always outstanding, the meals are always fresh and on time.

On the rare occasions I have needed to contact customer services, they have been prompt, polite and my issues have always been resolved to my extreme satisfaction.

My only feedback would be to consider people who enjoy fine dining but are eating for one.

The meal was delicious, all ingredients were clearly labeled and the cooking instructions were clear and easy to follow. Also the delivery was on time

The food had thawed before we received it.
The prawn cocktail was disappointing and we didn’t eat much of the sole.
